Ch 79 - An Interrupted Ball

Haru was dressed in his fanciest black Kimono. A two nice dragon pattern around it. One purple one a deep crimson. Haru was holding a drink in hand. In a flask. The World Trees Garden. It wasn't a drink being served otherwise everyone would be drunk. This was his special stash. Able to get a bottle form the company he had a contract with every month. He could have just brought one but he didn't want the hassle. So he had them supplied to him.

Rias: You better not drink that.

Rias clung to Harus arm, smelling the sweet taste of the drink unique to the World Trees Garden. She knew what it would do to him. And while she would want a drunk Haru to ravish her, not here. With so many people around. She didn't care about their opinions anymore, but she didn't want his reputation to suffer.

Haru: Fine.

Haru put the flask back inside his Kimono.

Haru: But might I say you looking very beautiful Rias, Akeno.

Both were wearing similar style dresses. Red and black. Backless figure hugging dresses. Both accentuating their well endowed figure. Both clinging onto Haru as everyone looked at Haru with two beauties around her. Jealous.

Akeno: Where's Grayfia?

Grayfia: Trying to stop the chaos Harus causing. Many nobles are very angry at him. He's even angered the ones we were on neutral terms with.

Grayfia was in her maids uniform and walked up from behind Haru.

Haru: Ah we didn't have many of those. It's better if I just see stuff as black and white regarding politics. Makes things less complicated.

Grayfia: Everything with you is complicated!

Xenovia: What's Haru making complicated?

Xenovia walked up to Haru wearing light blue frilly dress. You could see her tone stomach through the dress that too hugged her figure.

Grayfia: He's challenging people that don't like him for everything they have. Using us and all his things as betting chips.

Asia: That's not good Haru!

Asia said wearing a pure white dress. Haru looked at her and the world seemed to stand still for a moment. Asia had a small smile as he shook his head to snap himself out of it.

Haru: It's not like I'm going to lose. One moron even challenged me. Honestly Viser had a great idea...

Grayfia: This was Visers idea!

Haru: Woah woah! I went along and arranged it. Please don't blame her!

Grayfia: I'm not. I'm blaming you.

Haru look hurt. His wife was angry at him. But this was a good idea wasn't it?

Haru saw Koneko running off as his que to leave. He couldn't waste an opportunity like this.

Haru: Ladies if you don't mind.

Haru disappeared.

Rias: How does he do that?! I was holding onto him!

Akeno: Me too! Though... it's kinda cool.

Scene change

Outside in the forest Koneko was standing amoung tall trees in a barely light environment. In a light grey dress with a skirt. The trees made everything dark but there was one thing she could definitely see.

???: Well hello. Shirone. Miss me.

Koneko shivered as she looked. A well endowed woman sitting on a thick tree branch. Her kimono black and slightly open. Showing her cleavage and more of her bare legs.
