"Today is the day she comes home..." I whispered to myself. I sighed softly and blinked back tears. It's not that I was sad she was coming home. She's been on tour for ages. By her I mean Hayley Williams. Adorable and talented lead singer of Paramore. My roommate and also the girl I am madly in love with. I closed my eyes and rested my head on the back of my couch. I don't know how long I was asleep for, but I was awoken by someone poking my face. "What?" I mumbled. "I've been gone for months and you'd rather sleep?" I heard a familiar giggle and looked up to see Hayley standing there. She had went back to her blonde hair recently, but currently it was tucked under a beanie. She was wearing a baggy hoodie I gave her last Christmas and sweats, but she still looked amazing. I stood up immediately and pulled her into a hug. "I missed you so much.." I whispered into her hair and I felt her smile. "I missed you too.." Her phone rang and she smiled at me apologetically before walking into our small kitchen. "Tonight? Sure! Let me change and I'll be there soon." She had the largest smile on her face. "Hey. can we have our movie night tomorrow? An old friend wants me to go grab some drinks." I nodded and hugged her once more. "Yeah it's okay. Go have fun." I faked a smile and she thanked me before changing and running out of the house. "I'll just sit and wallow in the emotions I've been feeling since the day after you left.." I sighed and felt the tears running down my face. "Oh well.." I ran into the room Hayley and I shared and slammed the door shut before locking it. A few hours later I heard Hayley laughing as she walked in. "I'm back! Who's up for a couple movies before bed?" She yelled into the house. "We can make the rest of the weekend our movie night.." I heard her voice fade out as she walked into most likely the living room. "Where'd you go?" I couldn't help but cry again. My mind was a swirling pit of sadness and I couldn't hold it in any longer. I heard her run down the hallway and try turning the knob to our room. She sighed and knocked on the door, "Please let me in.." I shook in my be and managed to weakly stutter out, "Just g-go away, H-hayley"

"No. I'm not going anywhere until you let me in this room." I walked over to the door and sat against it while making an attempt to wipe off the tears that had fallen. "Are you really not going to let me in?"

"N-no." I heard her sigh again and slide down the other side of the door before resting her head against it. "I'm sorry I cancelled our roomie night.."

"You really think that's what it is?" I sighed before adding, "There's so many things.. and I guess that just broke me.." I heard her foot tapping against the wood. I thought she might have given up on trying to get me out until I heard her start to sing. I knew this song by heart because well, she wrote it for me. "And I, I hate to see your heart break" I slowly stood up onto my feet. I couldn't stand how her voice was cracking while she sang. She was close to tears. All because of me. "I hate to see your eyes get darker as they close.." I unlocked the door and heard her stand up as well. I opened the door and she pulled me into a tight hug, "But I've been there before.." She whispered and pulled me to the couch. She held me for awhile longer as I sobbed into her shoulder. It wasn't her fault. I guess I was upset mainly because I didn't have the guts to tell her how I felt about her. She was just so amazing. "What can I do to make you smile again?" She whispered and I looked up at her. She held my face in her hands and looked at me, "Can I try something?" I looked at her before nodding slowly. She leaned in and her lips met mine. I closed my eyes and kissed her back. I felt myself smile into the kiss and she rested her forehead against mine before whispering, "Mission success." She smiled at me and I looked at her, "Hayley?"

"This is about the kiss, yeah?" She whispered and bit her lip. "Y-yeah.." I mumbled before looking down at my lap and scootching over to give her space. "Well, to be completely honest.." She blushed before continuing, "Well.. I.. I love you.. And have for awhile.. And just really wanted to kiss you.." She looked over at me and I blushed. "But.. You're Hayley Williams. You could literally get anyone. Girl or guy."

"And your point is?"

"Why.." I whispered and bit my lip, "Why me?" She looked at me almost as if to say 'Are you serious?' and smiled before scooting closer to me. "I love you because from the minute I saw you.. You were just perfect.. and when I got to know you.. you were everything I've ever wanted..." She kissed me once more. "And I'm really hoping that you'd.. umm" She paused for a moment before clearing her throat, "Will you be my girlfriend? I just want to make you happy.. and show you all the love I have.." She looked up at me and bit her lip. "Y-yes.." She smiled and hugged me tightly, burying her face in my chest. "Can we still have movie weekend?"I laughed softly and kissed the top of her head. "Yes.. Would you like to build a pillow fort for our movie weekend?" She looked up at me and her eyes lit up. She ran into our room to grab all the pillows she could find and I smiled before closing my eyes. "For all the joy that is to come.." I whispered to myself before running in the direction Hayley went.
