"Come on, (Y/N)! I need someone to run lines with me." Eliza whined from where she laid upside down on our couch. I was laying on the floor and our faces were hovering over one another's as I laughed at her, "Alright, Alright. Where do I start?" She grinned triumphantly, "Start... here" she crossed her eyes to see the script before pointing at a random line. "I think we're supposed to be standing.." I read over our lines and she groaned before flipping over and standing, pulling me up next to her. "Go." She nodded to me and I looked down, "I do trust you, Clarke." Eliza nodded, clearly in character because I saw her determined face which was adorable, "I know how hard that is for you."

"You think our ways are harsh, but it's how we survive." I saw her staring at me in admiration and felt my cheeks flush, "Maybe life should be about more than just surviving." she paused for a moment, "Don't we deserve better than that?"

"Maybe we do." We stared at each other for a minute before I set down the script and move closer to Eliza, kissing her gently. She smiles into the kiss and pulls away with a small giggle, "Maybe I'm biased because you are my girlfriend, but you're a way better kisser than Lexa." She pecked my lips again, "Don't tell Alycia though." We both laughed and I pulled her close.

"Goodmorning, gorgeous." I sleepily smiled before I realize the voice wasn't accented. "Somebody had good dreams last night." I rubbed my eyes before seeing Emma laying next to me, an amused smirk on her face. "They have been frequently." I mumbled, blushing at all the dreams filled with Eliza. I'd never met her in my life, but those dreams feel like way more than just figments of my imagination. Emma leaned over and pecked my lips causing me to smile, she was my girlfriend after all. "That's a proper good morning." She blushed and I got up, stretching as my feet hit the floor. "Wanna go out today?" She asked before yawning, "Let's do it." We both got dressed before walking out of our apartment building. No matter how long we've lived here I've never gotten used to living in downtown New York City. I wouldn't trade it for a thing though. "Oh and I have to fly out next month since filming starts again and then I can come visit home in October before we head to your parents for Thanksgiving and," Emma paused and snapped her fingers in my face, "Earth to (Y/N). Babe, you there?" She chuckled and kissed my cheek, "Uh.. yeah.. Just a little out of it." Yeah, babe, just staring at that girl who I've seen in my dreams millions of times no big deal, I thought. The girl who looked exactly like Eliza walked over towards us, looking curious. "Eliza.." Her name came out as more of a question, but a bright smile swept across her face when I said it. "You two know each other, babe?" Emma asked innocently enough, but you could sense the jealousy in her tone and in the way her grip on my hand tightened. Eliza looked down at our clasped hands and frowned a bit before smiling at me again, "Oh yeah.. We've met before once or twice." I saw the same sparkle in her eye and her accent stirred up the butterflies in my insides. "I've got to get going though. See you around, (Y/N) and.." Emma glared at the other blonde, "Emma. Her girlfriend." Eliza's eyes dulled and she nodded before walking past us and disappearing into the crowd of people. When Emma and I got home words were hardly exchanged. She was jealous and I knew it, but she would never admit that. She was Emma Roberts, too proud for such things. She stood in the kitchen and made us tea, facing away from the doorway. I walked behind her and wrapped my arms around her waist before leaning my head against her shoulder, placing a kiss in the crook of her neck. "You've barely talked to me all evening, love." I whispered and she hummed in response, glancing at me. I sighed and kissed her shoulder again before standing up, "I'm going to get ready for bed. Join me whenever you'd like." I turned and walked to our bedroom and undressed. I started pulling on my pajamas and saw Emma in the mirror carrying our mugs of tea. "I'm sorry. I just.. I do get jealous sometimes." I turned around as I pulled my shirt over my head before taking a mug from her and pecking her lips, "I know you do. It's obvious. Just talk to me instead of letting all those thoughts brew." She nodded and set her cup down on the nightstand before curling up in bed. I smiled and followed her, clicking on a random movie before she started moving closer to me. She got comfortable cuddled up into my side and kissed me softly, yet filled with fire. I couldn't help but feel as though the sparks had faded, but I kissed her back just the same.
