Don't You Go

So for one shots I write with songs as the inspiration I'll probably link the song in the media section. They might not really go with the song, but I usually go with whatever mental image I picture in my head as I hear them.

"(Y/N), quit drinking all the moonshine!" Monty laughed and I took a giant swig of the battle, passing it back to him. I smiled at a few girls walking past, winking at one I recognized as Bellamy's little sister. "Hey there, pretty lady." She blushed and sat down next to me, "Hey." I wrapped an arm around her shoulders, "Did ya take interest in our bonfire?" She leaned into me and grinned, "I saw it from my tent so I came out to party." Monty passed me the bottle of moonshine and I handed it to her, "Drink up, buttercup." She laughed and took a sip, passing it back to me. I looked across the circle to see Raven staring at me, "Like what ya see, Reyes?"

"If you mean the moonshine, then hell yeah!" She smirked at me and I felt a smile form on my face. She walked over to me slowly and took the bottle from my hand, tilting her head back and chugging some of it. "Damn.." I whispered under my breath. Raven leaned forward and whispered in my ear, "Like what you see, (Y/L/N)?" She looked into my eyes and bit her lip as my cheeks turned bright red before turning back and sitting in her seat as we passed the bottle around. Octavia stayed cuddled into me, glaring at Raven, for the rest of the party. "Which one are you taking on tonight?" Jasper whispered in my ear and chuckled, "We'll see where the party takes us, my friend."

"Man, you're a chick and you're more of a player than Bellamy!" Monty laughed from a couple seats over. "Damn right!" I laughed, thoughts hazy from the large amount of alcohol I consumed. Well, that we all consumed. The fire started to die down and the bottles we limited ourselves to ran dry, "We need to do this again, and soon." The five of us stood and Raven walked off. I turned my head slightly to notice her disappear into my tent, "Night guys."

"Don't be too loud!" Monty joked and I smirked at him, "No promises, boys. I have my way with the ladies." I winked and made my way into my tent. "Looks like you were interested in more than the moonshine." I smirked at Raven as she stood from my bed, "Took you long enough." She smiled and pulled me close as we kissed. Soon it got heated and I felt her bite my bottom lip and we pulled away. "What are you stopping there for?" Raven smirked at me, pulling off her shirt and then tugging at my own. I pulled it off and pushed her back onto the bed and I think you can imagine the rest. The next morning I rolled over to find the other side of the bed empty. I felt almost.. Disappointed. It was only a one night stand, right? I'm used to that. This.. This felt different.

~Time Skip~

"What the fuck, Murphy!" I growled at him, shoving him backwards. "Why the fuck are you so angry?! I didn't do anything!" He yelled back, smirking the whole time. "You fucking stole half of my shit you ass!" I woke up this morning with all my weapons and all of my alcohol gone. Which to many people wouldn't be a big deal, but the only thing that keeps me sane on the ground is hunting and well, drowning my sorrows. Fun times. "It's not my fault you're too drunk to remember where you put your stuff." I punched him and that started a fight I wasn't really prepared for. I got my ass kicked, but I guarantee it won't happen again. "You tried to fight while exhausted. Smart." Raven sighed as she held ice to my swollen face, "Thanks. You always know how to cheer me up." I rolled my eyes, "And I can do plenty things while I'm exhausted." She looked at me for a moment, "Like?" I stood and she pulled me closer, sensing where this was going. "Like this." I wrapped my arms around her waist and leaned in, kissing her roughly and biting her lip. She pulled away, breathless, and smirked at me. I leaned in close and whispered in her ear, "It seems I'm addicted to you and I just can't get enough." I saw the red color tint her cheeks as she pulled me back into a kiss. The next morning, unlike the first time, she was still laying next to me when I woke up. I looked over at her sleeping soundly and thought to myself. "What're you staring at?" She groaned in her sleep laced voice. "You." I smiled and she raised an eyebrow, "Don't tell me the player is falling in love." She got out of bed and pulled her clothes on. I pulled mine on as well, realizing I had slipped her jacket on by mistake, "Maybe I am." I mumbled and she stopped. "Don't bullshit me. I don't play games. I need to go."

"Why are you so quick to say goodbye?" I looked into her eyes as I laced my fingers with hers. I felt my heart begin to race and her touch become almost electrifying, "Because I'm tired of being hurt." She sounded angry, but I could tell she was hiding something. "Don't shut me out." I tilted her chin up so she was looking up at me, "Just hear me out, okay? I.. I really care about you Raven. I'm not sure if it's love.. Yet, but I would like it to be more than just sex."

"It was just a couple of one nights stands." She looked away and I shrugged off her jacket, "If it was just a one time thing, then why are you still here with me?" She sighed and clenched her jaw, "Because I don't want it to be just a couple one night stands." She looked down, I could see the walls she built falling. "And I don't want you to leave." I walked towards her slowly and she wrapped her arms around my neck. "Don't let me walk away then." She rested her head against my shoulder, "I don't plan on it.. Not anymore." I kissed her head and held her gently, scared the minute I let go she would disappear again. "Don't you go.." I whispered. "I won't leave you as long as you mean what you say." She looked into my eyes and I smiled kissing her gently, "i would never lie about falling for you, Raven."

"And I could never leave knowing you felt the same way I do."
