Girls/Girls/Boys by Panic! at the Disco

"Hey, beautiful. How's work going?" Raven turned to make sure no one was around, quickly trying to quiet my words. "Quiet, someone could hear." She mumbled as I wrapped my arms around her waist and rested my head on her shoulder, "No one's around. It's fine." I started kissing her neck and she smiled, turning in my arms to kiss me. We kissed for what only seemed like a couple seconds before footsteps were heard and she shoved me back. "Woah, be gentle there. We need our number one fighter." Octavia chuckled, catching me before I fell. I glared at Raven, somewhat hurt. We had been dating for a while now and I knew she wasn't comfortable with people knowing, but still. Almost falling on my ass wasn't exactly the highlight of my day. "Sorry, we were just... messing around." She said quickly and I rolled my eyes, "What's up, O?" She just shrugged and looked down at me, "I was looking for you actually. Just wondering if you wanted to go on a hunt later or spar or something?" I saw the jealousy flare in Raven's eyes before she turned to work on whatever project I interrupted. "Yeah, sure. I'll meet you at the usual spot soon?" She smiled and nodded before making her way out of the tent. "Wouldn't want you to be late for your sparring session with Pocahontas." She mumbled and I sighed, "I need the practice. I do have a war to fight in soon." She nodded and sighed sadly. She absolutely hated me going into battle and would tackle me in a hug upon my return before backing off due to wandering eyes and questioning stares. "I love you, yanno?" I whispered in her ear as I pulled her close again. "I love you too." She smiled, turning to peck my lips quickly before I made my way towards the door, "Be careful. If she hurts you too bad I'll have to kick her ass." I laughed, "You can always come watch if you'd like."

"I might later. I need to talk to Finn about something." I froze at the mention of the boy's name, the anger coursing through my veins. I walked quickly towards where Octavia and I usually practice our fighting, "I'm ready." I growled out through gritted teeth and she looked back at me in surprise. She took the first shot at me, but I quickly ducked them and tackled her to the ground. I took a couple quick shots at her face which she barely dodged and she flipped our weight so that she was sitting on top of me. It wasn't that hard for me to get her on her back and I stood above her, foot on her chest. "Round two?" I asked, helping her up. "Actually, I was hoping you and I could maybe go on a walk?" I looked over to see Raven and Finn chatting and shrugged, "Sure, it seems I have nothing to do." I felt the daggers being glared into my back as I walked off, laughing with Octavia. We laughed and joked and just talked, bringing us closer. She walked me back to Raven and I's tent before pulling me into a hug and kissing my forehead, "Night, O?" I laughed out of nervousness and she grinned brightly at me, "Goodnight.." She said before walking off confidently to her own tent. "You missed dinner." Raven mumbled and I shrugged, "Wasn't really hungry I guess. How was your day with Finn?" I asked bitterly and she rolled her eyes, "I just asked him if he could do me a favor so you and I could be more.. Affectionate in public."

"What kind of favor?" Curiosity took over the jealousy and she shrugged, "I just asked him if we could fake date so that you and I wouldn't be questioned." She said it so casually, as if I was just supposed to take the news of her having a boyfriend lightly. "Cool." I mumbled and she pulled me down with her onto the bed, "Cool?"

"I don't want to hear you've got a boyfriend." I mumbled, and she chuckled hearing the jealous tone in my voice, "It's just pretend. I'm all yours." She kissed me gently and I pulled her closer to me. I never thought I would be caught in the way Raven Reyes had caught me, so hopelessly in love with every piece of her. I was the first thing she saw when she landed on Earth and she always made jokes about how in her delusional, groggy state that she thought I was an angel. "I'm just another criminal, baby, but I can make you feel like heaven." I had winked, obviously flirting with her. That day marked the start of our friendship and a giant war of who could use the cheesiest pick up lines. Eventually, she made a move after breaking up with Finn and I thought maybe it was out of loneliness or hurt so I stopped her that first night. Eventually I realized that she honestly did want me and months later, we were together. We fell asleep that night cuddled up as we always did. "Goodmorning." I mumbled seeing Raven standing up and getting ready for work. She smiled at me, leaning over the bed to kiss me gently, "Goodmorning to you too." She sat up on the side of the bed and put her brace on, sighing out of frustration about her leg. I sat up behind her and kissed her shoulder and up to her cheek which caused her to smile slightly. She pulled me into a rather passionate kiss before Bellamy walked in and we pulled away. "Hey?" He questioned and Raven took up her usual stance. She posed as if we hadn't been sitting so close to each other, causing me to scoot back slightly. "We need you at work." Raven nodded and stood up as Bellamy left. She turned and held out her hand, "Walk me?" I shrugged and took her hand, walking her to work. Harper looked at our intertwined hands and raised an eyebrow at Raven, "Aren't you with Finn?" She nodded, taking her hand from mine, "Yeah, (Y/N) was just walking me to work." Harper nodded, running off to her job for the day. When we walked into her 'office' she leaned in for a kiss and I shook my head, "You've gotta save your reputation. They're close to finding out that I'm your girlfriend." I sighed and turned, walking out and towards the sparring circle. I went a few rounds with Lincoln who I had made friends with over the past few weeks, "Don't go easy on me." I growled, shoving one of him backwards a few feet. "I think we are done for today." He placed his hand on my shoulder and I shoved him off, glancing back to see Finn with his arms wrapped around Raven's shoulder. He leaned in and kissed her cheek as they both smiled. It's all for show, but it still fucking hurts to watch, I thought before stalking to my tent. Raven and I made eye contact and she looked worried. I just couldn't take this anymore. I can't just continue to hide the way I feel for her. I can't watch as Finn is all over her even though she's MY girlfriend. It's too much. I packed all of my stuff into my backpack and pulled my armor on. "Where are you going?" i didn't bother to turn around, continuing to shove my knives in holsters, "This isn't working." I growled out and she forced me to turn around, "What the hell are you talking about?"
