I've got to find somewhere to live, I've been homeless for a solid month. It's hard walking around the streets, I'm being  chased by countless grunts who are struggling to pay for the food on their table. Sorry, got personal there.

I know there's a rather lofty building near the Shibuya district, where I saw all those ads for Promise. I remember that name, Shibuya, it's a place in Japan. Does that mean Japan is a place? Used to be a place? I need to find Ki, if she's around in this world. My first priority is finding Brandon or Hawkins, as much as I love Vee he's always the hardest to get my hands on. Wonder how many times he'll try to kill me, anyway like I said Hawkins and Brandon must find them.

Walking down to The Shibuya District is hard enough, but there's several checkpoints from The 16th district to the 12th, AKA Shibuya. I've been hunted by these two women, a short one and a tall one. Based on their character, I can guess they are sisters. The taller one wears light gray pants into a double buttoned black uniform, and a black coat outlined with gold. She has silver hair, but it sometimes looks blue. I can't exactly pinpoint the color, but nevertheless she has long hair. She appears playful, but stern when she wants to be. The shorter girl however, I can see that her ego swallows her. She dresses similar to her older sister, bearing a black skirt instead of the pants. Leggings went into black boots that went up to her knees, and a large coat over her shoulders. Her left leg had a black garter on her thigh, where she keeps a sidearm. On her left hip, she has a long sheathed sword. Nearly half her height, she often cleans it when she's standing outside checkpoints. I don't think I've ever seen her smile, even when her older sister makes jokes or comments on something. I don't remember these girls names... speak of the devil. They're right in my way, this is the entrance to the 12th district from the 10th near the right, it would take too long to go around to the other entrance. I quickly vanish into a crowd and  climb some scaffolding to get onto a roof, the checkpoint was light with floodlights overlooking  the gate. Nobody wanted to deal with an ID check, so they didn't have any traffic letting a few people through. I reached into my pocket, i got this little girl from some homeless man. Remote controlled shock, after a quick leap I attach it to the back of one of the floodlights. I slid down the pole holding up the light, and I now hid behind some boxes overhearing a conversation between the two. The older sister nudged the younger one, smiling a bit.

"You hear who's gonna be the star on the news tonight? Your best friend, The Dove."

"Don't even! We're not friends, I've spent a month of my career trying to bring them down!"

"How's that going for you?"

"It's going great! I tell you Sis, if I was on the force when The Cybercat was frolicking about, I would have him behind bars within hours!"

"Really now? I think he could stomp on you like in a game."

"Hey! I'm 5,2!"

"And I'm 5,9, what's your point?"

"Asshole."

That's enough chatter between these two, I press the red button on the small device and set the device ablaze. The flood light sparked with a yellow and teal shock of electricity, its lights shattered as both of the girls now looked at the light. With their eyes somewhere else, I slipped through the gate and started to walk on the sidewalk away into the night. I was almost away from the two before I heard a voice yell.

"HEY!"

I turned slightly while still walking, the shorter girl was full sprinting at me with her hand on her sheathe. I'm not sure what the laws are like about magic in this world, but I quickly put my fist into the air to create a rock wall between the two of us. I sprinted down an alley, the girl still in chase as I started to create walls from the bricks from the buildings on either side of us. With her sword now drawn, she dodged most of them before slicing clean through the last one. I was running out of space to run, and I didn't want to hurt this girl. She was getting closer, and I'm out of options. I stopped, her blade starting its path down to me. I formed armor for my left arm out of rock as her blade crashed into it, after a short stalemate. We made eye contact, she could see my eyes as her face shifted into an intrigued one.
