y/n walked into the great hall for breakfast with Cissa and Vana smiling brighter than i've seen her since, well, ever. Merlin, she's so beautiful.
They sat across from me Barty and Evan.
"Good morning!" she said happily.
"You seem to be in a good mood. Any reason?" Evan teased.
"Yeah, she and reg swapped spit yesterday." Cissa said grinning.
I flushed.
"That's more than you can say, you haven't even been asked out in our entire time here." y/n said, smirking.
Everyone, except Cissa, snickered.
"Still, you look weird." Barty said, directing the conversation back to n/n.
"I thought you said I looked happy."
"Yeah. and it's weird"
"How is that weird!?"
"You almost never look happy anymore. Last time I saw you really happy for longer than a few minutes was in third year. After that i assume something happened over the summer cuz you-"
But he stopped because she suddenly got up and walked away.
