Sarge: Only at gas stations, and they're just so darn expensive there.

"What kind of D batteries do you even need!?" Dipper yells in confusions. "They're not even that expensive!" Luz yells. "I think the real question is how many does he even need?" Marcy asks and adds. "Because I feel like a weather control device wouod require a lot of power? So we don't know if he needed like a hundred or so batteries." "Hmmm... that does make some sense. But still?" Dipper said.
