Neha glanced around as Siddharth brought the bike to a halt.

Yennachu?

( What happened?)

Indha route konjam suthi suthi pogum, nalla pudhichiko

( there's a lots of turns in this route. Make sure you hold me tight )

Neha couldn't suppress her smile at his thoughtfulness as she tightened her grip around his waist. They were ascending a plateau area, and Siddharth was deliberately riding slowly to ensure Neha wouldn't tire out.

When they reached the top of it, Siddharth parked the bike at the side, and Neha gracefully climbed down.

She was mesmerized by the breathtaking view of the city lights spread out below her. It felt like standing on the edge of another world. Neha couldn't help but smile at the beauty surrounding her until she turned around and noticed Siddharth, diligently covering his bike with a shed cloth. She couldn't help but wonder how he had managed to sneak it all the way up here.

Neha couldn't suppress a shake of her head in disbelief at her husband's antics, causing him to freeze and look up at her with an awkward chuckle,

Adhu dhoosi pathrum, adhan..

( It could get dusty, so I...)

Neha twisted her lips at him playfully as she walked over to the bike and retrieved the takeout food they had brought along. Siddharth followed her to a nearby bench, his steps matching hers as they settled down together.

They settled on the bench with their legs crossed, and Siddharth eagerly volunteered to open the food containers. Neha's gaze drifted dreamily over the expansive view before them, lost in the beauty of the city lights below.

Nice place

Siddharth smiled at her,

Idhuku munnadhi inga vandhurukiya?

( Have you been here before?)

Hmm, romba naal munnadhi

( Yeah, long time ago)

Thaniyava illa?

( Alone or?)

Siddharth handed Neha her burger with a poker face, but she couldn't help but smile sheepishly as she accepted it,

Illa ketten

( just asked)

Siddharth chuckled and shook his head as they ate their food, while Neha admired the city lights and enjoyed the cool breeze on her face.

Ama, namba ippo yedhuku inga vandhurukom?

( But, Why are we here right now?)

Chumma dhan, idhuku mela kutitu vara mudhiyuma'nu therla

( Just to spend some time, I don't know if I'll ever get the chance if not this)

Neha turned to Siddharth, noticing his shaky breath, her frown deepening as she grew concerned,

Yen?

( Why?)

Na ooruku poganum, Neha

( I have to go back, Neha)

Neha's expression shifted, her brows furrowing in confusion as she blinked at Siddharth, uncertain about what he was referring to.
