Arrived in second home
>>>>———— ♥️ ————<<<<

Neha, Siddharth, and Nirmala smiled as Abhi talked to Kaattupoochi while they all entered Neha and Siddharth's penthouse. Over the two years that Neha stayed there for her studies, she, Nirmala, and Abhi had become close. Neha and Nirmala would always drop by each other's houses whenever they could.

While Siddharth and Abhi also fostered a strong bond, to the extent that Siddharth made sure he was there for Abhi's graduation. Though Siddharth may deny it, Neha knew he didn't want Abhi to miss having a father figure on that important day.

Idhudhan unnodha rendhavadhu veedu, yeppalam unga kudumbathula prechana'yo appolam un appa'vum amma'vum inga dhan varuvanga, purinjidha?

( This is your second home, whenever there's a problem in your house this is where your parents will be coming)

Siddharth playfully glared at Abhi as he pushed the luggage into their room, causing the women to chuckle. Nirmala placed the food she had packed on the kitchen counter.

Neenga rendhu perum tired'ah irupinganu na samaichi kondu vanden, inniki idhae saptukonga

( I knew you both will be tired, so I made and brought your dinner)

Thanks aunty

Neha thanked Nirmala, then handed Kaattupoochi to Siddharth to feed. Abhi moved to the kitchen where the women were chatting, leaning against the counter.

Neenga yeppo hospital poringa?

( When are you going to the hospital?)

Adhu next week dhan

( Next week)

Abhi then turned around to Siddharth, who was carefully pouring the cat food they had bought into Kaattupoochi's bowl.

Anna, neenga yeppo academy poringa?

( Anna, when are you going to your academy?)

Next week dhan

Siddharth answered.

Both the responses made Abhi raise her brow with a teasing smile as she slowly turned to Neha,

Ohhh, appo indha full week free'ya busy'ah?

( Ohh, does that make you both free or busy this week?)

Nirmala's eyes widened at the insinuation behind Abhi's question. She turned around to find Neha uncomfortably avoiding anyone's gaze, not shy or embarrassed, but uncomfortable and sad. Nirmala frowned but immediately turned and passed a glare at her daughter, who simply shrugged her shoulders.

Unexpectedly, a tiny ball belonging to Kaattupoochi hit the back of Abhi's head. She shrieked and turned around to find Siddharth, shrugging his shoulders in the same way she had just done to her mom.

Nirmala couldn't help but laugh, throwing her head back while Neha rubbed Abhi's head. The playful moment eased the tension, bringing smiles to everyone's faces.

Yenna Siddharth? Gavanama vilayadhunga

( Siddharth, watch out while playing)

Na illama, ivan dhan

( Not me, him)

Siddharth innocently pointed towards the cat, who snarled at him as if in protest. Neha clicked her tongue and gave Siddharth a warning look before heading into her room, followed by Nirmala. Abhi narrowed her eyes at her brother, a mischievous grin spreading across her face. Without missing a beat, the siblings launched into a playful tug-of-war, filling the room with laughter.
