Back pain
>>>>---- ♥️ ----<<<<Neha did not expect to wake up with a stabbing back pain. As soon as she tried to get up, the pain hit her hard, forcing her to fall back onto the bed with a sharp hiss. She took a deep breath, trying to steady herself and mentally cursing the discomfort as she tried not to wake Siddharth. She knew he had some meeting last night and would have reached home very late and be tired.
Glancing around the room, Neha noticed the parenting books Renuka had given them, now sprawled across the floor. She recalled reading one of them while sitting on the floor the previous night, losing track of time. She must have fallen asleep there, and Siddharth had gently moved her to the bed. Despite the lingering pain, the thought of his care brought a small smile to her lips. However, she made a mental note to herself: never sit on the floor again, especially not while engrossed in those hefty books. The back pain was a harsh reminder of her changing body and the need to be more mindful of her comfort.
She could already feel the weight of the babies, even though it had only been three months. Her first trimester was about to be over, and she knew the coming months would bring even more challenges. As the babies grew heavier, Neha would have to be increasingly careful, mindful of every movement and decision. The anticipation of the changes ahead filled her with both excitement and trepidation.
Neha took a deep breath, feeling the slight but noticeable strain on her body. Each day brought a new reminder of the precious lives growing inside her. She knew she had to prepare herself for the physical demands that would only intensify as the pregnancy progressed. With a determined smile, she resolved to take extra care hereafter.

Determined to support her in any way he could, Siddharth had made it his responsibility to drop her off and pick her up from work at the hospital. Siddharth's concern deepened as he watched Neha emerge from the hospital after her surgery. She appeared more tired than usual, despite her attempt to smile.
Hi
Why do you look so tired?
Siddharth questioned his wife, concern etched across his face. Neha smiled sheepishly in response. She knew that as her pregnancy progressed, she might not be able to work as much, so she was making arrangements in advance. Many patients specifically requested to be treated by her, so she felt it was important to accommodate them. Today, she had performed two surgeries, each lasting around four hours, which contributed to the increase of her stabbing back pain.
Apdhilam onnu illaye
( No I'm not)
However, Siddharth wasn't convinced. He gently held Neha's wrists, stopping her from getting into the car,
Neha
Siddharth adopted a playfully stern expression, which only made Neha pout in an adorable manner. There went his resolve to stay angry melted away, and he rolled his eyes before letting go of her, at least for the moment.
They had dinner at a cozy restaurant and returned home much later in the evening. When they reached their house, Siddharth prepared a nice hot bath for Neha. When she emerged, she found everything perfectly set up for her. Her heart swelled with love, seeing how well he was taking care of her. Neha truly didn't knew if she could even give half the love and affirmations that Siddharth gives her.
After spending some time with Kaattupoochi, she was about to reach for a book to read when a hand stopped her. Siddharth's hand gently held hers, preventing her from grabbing the book. She frowned up at him in confusion.
Inniki nee olunga time'ku thoongurae, dot!
( You are sleeping on time today, dot!)
Neha's face scrunched up in offense as she glared at her husband like a tiger cub. However, Siddharth couldn't help but see her as a completely undangerous... cat.
Hello na yenna baby ya? Enaku theriyum na yeppo thunganumnu!
( Hey, I'm not a baby! I know when to sleep!)
Nee yeppo thunguvae'nu enaku theriyum, inniki unna vidhradha illa!
( And I know exactly when you'll go to sleep, so no letting go of you today)
No!
Yes!
I have to read!
No you don't!
Enaku thukkam kuda varala!
( I'm not even sleepy yet!)
Adha na kandhupudhichikiren
( We're about to find that out)
Neha groaned, rolling her eyes and throwing a mini tantrum. Siddharth, not missing a beat, swiftly scooped her up into his arms, lifting her effortlessly off the ground. He carried her to their room with a determined look on his face, Neha's suspicion growing with each step. As he gently laid her on the bed, he brushed his palms together with a dramatic flair, making her eye him even more suspiciously.
Yenna panna porae?
( What are you doing?)
Siddharth gave her a lofty smirk as he gathered the massage oil from the bedside table. He had noticed her groaning in pain every time she moved in the car earlier, and he knew she was dealing with back pain. With a confident gleam in his eye, he poured some oil into his hands and began to warm it up, preparing to give her a much-needed massage.
Siddharth made Neha lie on her stomach and gently raised her t-shirt, or more specifically, his t-shirt. As soon as his strong, warm, and sturdy palm touched her back, Neha felt so good that she involuntarily let out a moan of relief. Siddharth gulped, and with a flirty smirk, he said,
Careful, before I end up having to massage somewhere else
Neha's eyes widened in horror as she turned back to glare at her husband. Siddharth smirked, earning himself a smack on the very palm that was touching her. He hissed in pain but continued to massage her back once she turned away.
His hands were magic, seriously. They moved oh-so-perfectly, palming her skin and pressing on the right places to soothe her pain. Each touch was tender yet firm, sending waves of relief and comfort through her body. Neha couldn't help but relax, a soft smile playing on her lips as she melted under his loving care.
Soon, very, very soon, Siddharth heard Neha snoring causing him to chuckle softly to himself.
