Mrs. Weasley, Mr.Weasley, Ron, Ginny, Harry and Hermione were having breakfast when 4 dark brown owls flew in by the open kitchen window and sat on two empty chairs, right legs up. "Hogwarts Letter!" Mrs.Weasley said excitedly, "This means time for shopping!" A few days ago, Fred and George had gone back to their apartment and Mrs.Weasley was looking for a reason to visit them since.

Harry, who was closest to the owls untied the letters and offered them some water. The owls took one sip of water and flew away. "Here you go Ron." Harry said passing his letter to him. "Hermione, this one is heavy... And Ginny...this is also heavy" Harry said passing them. "Wait mine is heavy too!" Harry exclaimed as he lifted his letter.

"I think you should open them one by one. First Ron you, then Hermione, Ginny and lastly Harry." Mrs.Weasley said and Mr.Weasley nodded.

Ron opened his letter, ignored the books list and after a minute said "We will need dress robes." Mrs.Weasley nodded and signalled Hermione to open hers. "I am head girl!!" Hermione squeaked. "I am the 8th year Head Girl, there will be one from 7th year too!" She said. "I am a Head Girl too mum!" Ginny said opening her letter, got up and did a sort of funny dance before sitting again. Mrs.Weasley hugged both the girls and Mr.Weasley congratulated them.

"Harry, fast, open yours!" Ginny exclaimed. Harry slowly opened his letter and two badges fell from it.
"I am HEAD BOY AND QUIDDITCH CAPTAIN!!" Harry said looking at the badges. "Two?" asked Ron, his eyes widening. Harry nodded, he was happy, very happy. He got up and hugged everyone in the room (kissed Ginny) and than sat back to read the extra letter.

Greetings.

I am glad to inform you that you are selected as the Head Boy and Gryffindor Quidditch Captain.

You along with the the other Head Girl will co-operate with the 7th year Head Girl and Boy and decide the passwords of all Prefect's bathrooms. You have the responsibility to keep everyone safe. As the new headmistress, I am lifting the responsibility of making people follow rules of your shoulders, the 8th year Head Girl can do that. You can give people detentions and deduct or give house points but I won't allow if you do it without any reason.

Seeing your previous record, you have been the Quidditch Captain and I am sure you know your work.

"Gin, you will play chaser this year, you have the inbuilt talent." Harry said looking up at her from across the table. "Although, I know my place is secured on your team Harry, I will tryout so that jealous people can't say I got the place because I am your girlfriend" Ginny said and Mrs.Weasley said she had a point.

On The Hogwarts Express.

"Harry! Ginny! The Prefect's coach is this way, c'mon." Hermione said leading the way, Head Girl badge gleaming on her chest. "Promise me you won't be Percy" Ginny whispered in Harry's ear. "I won't, McGonagall says I have to keep them safe, not to make them follow rules." Harry said smiling. The three of them entered the Prefect's coach to see 12 people sitting there.

"Alright everyone, I am Hermione Granger, 8th year Head Girl. This is Harry Potter, 8th year Head Boy and she is Ginerva Weasley, 7th year Head Girl." Hermione said. "Who doesn't know the three of you?" Asked a blonde Hufflepuff girl. Harry smiled as Hermione asked the girl her name. "You are famous babe." Harry whispered in Ginny's ear. "I lead Dumbledore's Army last year" Ginny replied with a wink. "Pst..Harry..Say something" Hermione whispered.
