They needed Micheal to defeat God and Micheal needed his sword to do so and with so much despair due to losing Cas, Dean agreed and it has been a week.

"Micheal you really need to get out", Dean said, "Let me enjoy this World some more", Micheal said and there was a blinding light.

Dean didn't need to close his eyes but they widened, "Cas?", Dean asked for a minute overpowering Micheal before he took over again.

"De-Micheal", Cas stated after realizing where he was, "Seriously I do something for you and die and the minute I come back I come to this?", he asked shaking his head and walking away.

"Nice way to greet your brother after all this time brother", Micheal said, "Sam! Where are you?", Cas shouted and Sam came running from his room a smile growing on his face.

"Castiel? Oh God, it's nice to see you again", Sam said going in for a hug, "Nuhuh, what the hell is going on here?", Cas asked pointing at Dean.

"Excuse me? I'm right here", Micheal said, "And you are going to get out of Dean's body or else I'm going to call every damn angel and Jack and am going to expel you out of his body", Cas threatened.

"Waoh badass Cas! It's hot", Dean said in his mind, "Thank you Dean, but Micheal, out", Cas said, "Wait you can hear him?", Sam asked surprised.

"Yes, of course, I can, it's Dean, he's loud", Cas said smirking, "Hey!", Dean called, "Ok you shut up, but you can try expelling me", Micheal noted smirking and crossing his arms.

"I want Caaaaaas", Dean called in his mind, Micheal winced and Cas smirked, "I don't think we need to, Dean's got it", he said and walked away.

"You know where to find me", he called as he walked away, "I want cheeseburger", Dean said in his mind.

"No", Micheal said taking a book and sitting on the table, it was silent for a minute, "Hey miks?", Dean called.

"Yeah", Micheal said, "Did it hurt when you fell?", Dean smirked, "Really?", Micheal asked and Dean smirked and decided to play his final card.

Cas was back and he hadn't told him that he loved him too, he really needed Cas, he craved for Cas.

He started putting pictures of him and Cas naked and in very obscene positions, "Ok I'm out, that's it, I'm out", Micheal said and immediately left.

Sam who was standing shocked all this time hugged Dean, "You idiot, you should've done whatever you did before", he said.

"I didn't want to rush in, but now Cas is back, so I had to", Dean said, "Now I'm going to see him, don't disturb us", Dean said walking away.

"Ugh! I didn't ask", Sam called behind him and Dean smirked and went to his room to see Cas looking through his things.

"You really need to organize better and why did you show those unreal pictures of us to Micheal?", he asked.

"Well, I needed him out immediately and I want those pictures to be real", Dean said hugging Cas from behind, wrapping his arms around Cas's waist tightly.

Cas turned his head meeting Dean's eyes, "I love you too Cas, and I am sorry I didn't tell you before", Dean said.

Cas smiled softly and turned in Dean's arms facing Dean directly, "It's ok, I am glad everything turned out well", Cas said and Dean smiled.

They leaned in and their lips met, igniting a spark of healing, acceptance, hope, and a future together.

"Don't ever leave me", Dean whispered as they broke away, a single tear slipping out of his eyes, and he opened his eyes to meet with the blue ones.

"Promise", Cas whispered wiping that tear away, "How did you come back?", Dean asked both not moving away from their positions.

"Well Jack pulled me out and said that I can either come back to you immediately or stay in heaven and help re-create heaven", Cas explained.

"So I thought since everything was alright, I could help Jack for some time and then come back to you", he continued.

"But I forgot to watch over you for the first time and suddenly out of nowhere my grace started acting on its own and brought me down here and then only I realized what was wrong, I am sorry", Cas finished a little guiltily.

Dean chuckled, "Don't be, I am glad that you are here and that's all that matters, but watch over me, it makes me sleep peacefully", he said and Cas smiled.

"Always", Cas said and pulled Dean into another kiss, walking towards the bed and falling on it, continuing their lovemaking.

~ 5 years later ~

Dean awoke to soft cries coming from the other room in the bunker, he went to get up and Cas stopped him holding a hand over his chest.

The ring glinted on the ring finger, "I'll check on him, you sleep love", he said pulling his hand softly under Dean's shoulders.

"You're sure angel?", Dean asked groggily, "I am, you are tired from hunting and I am an angel who doesn't sleep and is full of energy", Cas said getting up.

"Brag", Dean muttered before falling asleep again, he woke up a few minutes later to see Cas still missing and Dean went to their son's room and stopped at the doorway.

They had, well Cas gave birth to James Zeppelin Winchester 2 years after they got married, 2 years after Cas returned and life couldn't be more perfect.

The little guy had filled the family perfectly, Jack loved his little brother and visited often, Sam and Eileen's twins, Mary and Thomas Winchester, who were 2 years old loved their little cousin, and the family was filled perfectly.

Dean now watched his husband rock their baby in his arms softly, "What are you looking at Bambino?", Cas asked softly and the baby cooed.

"Yes I know, I know, but you are looking gorgeous, God I can't get enough of you", Cas said and kissed his son's cheeks making the baby giggle loudly.

The baby had beautiful sea-green eyes, which turned into dark ocean blue when was angry, and hungry for food.

"Shhh, don't wake your dad up", Cas said although he knew Dean was standing behind him, "I know there are things out there, and one day I need to let go of your hand, but I promise you that I will always watch over you and your dad no matter when it is", Cas said softly and Dean walked behind Cas and held Cas's arms holding child together.

"He is correct, he will always watch over us especially", Dean softly muttered and the baby smiled slowly drifting to sleep.

"But", Dean said pausing for a bit and smiling, "Angels are watching over you", he said and kissed Cas's temple both leaning into each other with their miracle in hand.
