Jimmy Apostol:
Hi Santino

Santino? Ha? 'Di ko gets.

Jimmy Apostol:
If you're up for the date today, free ako
See you sa The Hiding Spot!

I know I would be busier the next few days kaya mabuti nang ngayon ko siya kitain. I called Kuya Carlos.

"Good luck sa date mo, Tar!" pagpapaalam niya bago ako lumabas.

"Thanks, Kuya."

It's just going be friendly date, though.

I went inside and searched for a perfect spot, once I did, umupo na ako roon. Wala pa si Jimmy kaya naisipan kong i-chat siya, only to realize that I was tricked.

Jimmy Apostol:
Enjoy the date!

Right after I read it, a man wearing a blue cap and face mask approached me.

"Hi," Malko greeted. "My beautiful date."

Should I be mad at Jimmy for setting me up with my ex? Or should I just accept the fact that everything leads me back to this guy?!

"I owe Jimmy a date. He's not you, so, I guess I'll have us another date scheduled," I snickered, preparing to leave.

"Red—"

"Stop. Calling. Me. That." My voice was firm, and I meant every word. "You only call me that back when we were friends. In case you're forgetting, we're not friends anymore. We're exes. We should be back to being strangers. That's what we are."

Emotions can be easily seen from his eyes, and there is a moment of sadness in them, which later turns into amusement.

"We can't be strangers, Ms. Tarhatta," he leaned closer. "Magkakilala tayo. Mula ulo, hanggang paa. I know and I've seen every part of you."

If he meant every part, does that include—

"Okay. But I can forget everything just like you did. I'm just returning the favor," I calmed myself down.

"I—I was just confused."

"Bullshit," I whispered. "We shouldn't be talking about matters like this in public."

Not just in public! Dapat at all! We shouldn't be talking about matters like this at all!

"Miss Tarhatta!" he called just when I was about to reach the door. "I've marked you, haven't I?"

Halos matapilok ako sa sinabi niyang iyon. My eyes widened, telling him to stop talking or I'll make him.
