(The doctor had come in and had put the gel on her belly to get a good look at their baby. Olivia had a big smile on her face as she watched him watch their baby move around. It took a few seconds before it clicked that he was seeing double.)

Doctor: Do you see that Daddy?

Elliot: Im I losing my mind of is it two?

Doctor: You need a doctor?

Elliot: Liv, is this right? Your not playing a trick on me are you?

Olivia: (laughs) It's not a trick El, we are having twins.

Elliot: (excited) Oh my god! His come you didn't tell me?

Olivia: I wanted to surprise you. I'm surprised you didn't notice how big my belly is.

Elliot: (kisses her) Ahh man, this is awesome. I'm ready to see what we're having now.

Doctor: Well let's see.

Olivia: I can't believe I'm 48 and pregnant with twins.

(She moves the wand to where they can see if it is a boy or girl. They both are watching very hard to see if they have boys, girls, or both.

Doctor: OK, I see what one of them is. It looks like baby A is a boy, now let's get a look at baby b.

Olivia: (teary-eyed) A boy, oh my if he's anything like his father were in trouble.

Elliot: (chuckle) Yeah yeah, let's see what the other bean is.

Doctor: (smiles at them) Oh baby b is very active, come on sit still for just a second little one.

Elliot: Definitely you Liv.

Olivia: (laughs) Great they are both stubborn.

Doctor: OK, looks like baby b is a girl.

Elliot: Double the trouble, are you ready for this Liv?

(He looks down at her and sees tears falling down her face. Sensing those weren't exactly happy tears her doctor speaks up.)

Doctor: What's wrong?

Olivia: We're having another girl.

(She cries harder.)

Elliot: Liv baby she's going to be alright, both of them are.

Doctor: What happened?

Elliot: twelve years ago we lost a daughter from SIDS, she was just six months old.

Doctor: Oh I'm so sorry for your loss.

(El turns back to Olivia and wipes her tears as he tries to reassure her the babies are completely healthy and that nothing is going to happen.)

Olivia: (hiccups) How do you know that?

Elliot: Because I have faith they it's going to be ok.

Doctor: Olivia I can tell you that SIDS happens to 1 out of 3 kids. Why we don't know but you can't let that make this pregnancy less enjoyable. You have two healthy, active babies whose mother is also healthy.

Elliot: Right, but baby we can't live in fear. We're going to focus on staying happy and healthy and when our babies get here we're going to love them like crazy. It's going to be so bad, they will be sick of us at a very young age.

Olivia: (chuckle) Thank you. I'm happy I am but I can't help but to wonder and think about it.

Elliot: (kiss her forehead) I know.

Doctor: (smiles) I can already tell that these babies are going to be so loved. Why don't I go get you guys some copies and let you be on your way.

(She leaves out while Elliot helps Olivia sit up.)

Olivia: A boy and a girl I can't believe it.

Elliot: I can't believe we're having twins.

Olivia: So how do you feel about having not one but two babies on the way?

Elliot: I'm ecstatic right now Liv. I just want to run up to the roof and shout it out loud. Not only do I have the love of my life but we get to do this thing together. I'm happy Liv, the happiest I've been since...hell meeting you for the first time.

Olivia: I'm happy to El. This compass has really brought me happiness and I get to be with the love of my life.

(She gives him a look before they lean in and crush their lips together. They were so caught up in this mind-blowing kiss they didn't hear the doctor come in.)

Doctor: See and that is why you're here now.

(They both jump apart with bright red cheeks.)

Olivia: (blushing) Oh my god sorry doctor.

Elliot: (arch an eyebrow) I'm not, I'm too excited right now.

Olivia: (hits him) El!

Elliot: What I am?

Olivia: (shakes her head) Oh god.

Doctor: Hey I don't mind, I love seeing two people who love and adore one another. Now here a your copies and your next appointment, I will see you in two weeks.

Olivia: Thank you, Gale.

Doctor: You welcome now go celebrate.

Elliot: (gives her a look) Yes what Doctor Gale said.

Olivia: (rolls her eyes) You are so unbelievable El.

(He has his hand on her lower back as they walk towards the exit.)4

Elliot: You know you love me.

Olivia: I do so much.

Elliot: Come on mama, let's go get some food.

Olivia: Now we're talking daddy.

(They head to their favorite hide away before she drags him to go shopping for the twins. It's a little after three when they make it back home and Olivia is exhausted. She was dozing on the sofa when he came from the room.)

Elliot: Bae?

(Getting no answer he moves around the sofa and smiles. Olivia is laid out with one leg bent and a hand on her growing bump-knocked out. He kneels down and moves some hair from her face before kissing her head.)

Elliot: Hey?

Olivia: Hmmm.

Elliot: I'm about to go pick up Noah from school, do you need anything?

Olivia: (try to sit up) Oh damn, I forgot he has no practice today.

Elliot: Hey it's alright I got him. You just lay here and go back to sleep before we have to meet the kids tonight.

(She smiles at him before she pulls him to her and kisses him.)

Olivia: You're too good to me.

Elliot: I just want to make you happy Liv. I want to be the father they need including Noah.

Olivia: Please don't make me cry right now.

Elliot: It's the hormones, but I meant what I said. I'll just be maybe twenty minutes, go back to sleep.

Olivia: OK.

(He kisses him once more before he heads for the door to get picked up by Noah. Twenty minutes later they were back and Noah made a beeline straight for the fridge. Elliot placed his keys down as he helped Noah find a snack before he did his homework.)
