(Elliot sits back to watch the paramedics work on getting Olivia back breathing. His daughter is crying as if she can feel his pain through him. Just as they were pulling up they got Olivia's pulse back. They wheeled her to the OR as a doctor came to check out the baby.)

Doctor: Sir we need to take her to make sure her lungs functioning properly.

Elliot: Yeah ok, and where is my son? He was brought in thirty minutes ago in a different ambulance.

Doctor: Yes, he's doing well. I'll bring you to see him while we check out this little one.

(He follows the gurney as they wheel his daughter to the nursery to be checked out. Another nurse comes to get him and brings him to see his son.)

Nurse: There he is.

Elliot: Is he ok?

Nurse: Everything came back clear. He's just over five pounds but his lungs are working just fine. We gave him a bottle and he took to it instantly.

Elliot: Can I hold him or????

Nurse: Yes, we actually recommend skin-to-skin. You can sit in this rocking chair, and I'll place him inside your shirt.

Elliot: Um can I have a shirt I have blood and fluid all over this one.

Nurse: Sure, be right back.

(The nurse makes it back and hands him the scrub top as she picks up Babyboy. Elliot hurries and takes his shirt off replacing it with the other one before he takes his son. The nurse helps him as his son snuggles right into his chest. While she was gone the doctor who was checking his daughter came in wheeling a bassinet.)

Doctor: Look who's here.

Elliot: (looks up) Is she ok?

Doctor: She is perfect. She's five pounds and her lungs are strong, all she needs is some milk.

Elliot: It's been a long time since I've had twins.

Doctor: I can feed her.

Elliot: OK thank you. Umm, have you heard anything about my wife? It's driving me crazy not knowing but I'm keeping calm for them.

Doctor: I can go see after I feed her.

Elliot: I really appreciate it.

(After his daughter was done eating and let out a loud burp, she was handed over to her father. She moved around a little until she turned her face towards her brother with her mouth wide open sleep.)

Doctor: There so adorable.

Elliot: (smiles) Thanks to that mother.

Doctor: (chuckle) I'll go see if there's any news on your wife.

Elliot: Thanks again.

Doctor: You're welcome.

(Now left in peace and quiet he takes the time and really looks at his kids. He notices that his son has brown eyes and dark curly hair. His daughter has curly sandy-blonde hair like he did when he was a baby.)

Elliot: Hey little ones. You both gave us one hell of a night, but I should have known being our children. Your mom is working on getting better so she can see and hold you when she comes out. I love you both so very much, and so grateful that everyone is ok. I promise that after we're home I'm going to make it my mission to finally ask Mama to marry me.

(His daughter grunts as if she understands what he's saying while his son smiles before making a small sigh. He doesn't know how long he's been sitting there rocking his kids but he feels a tap on his shoulder. He looks up and sees the doctor who wheeled Olivia to the back and his heart races.)

Doctor: Mr. Stable?

Elliot: He that's me. How is Olivia, is she ok?

Doctor: Olivia made it through surgery and is recovering in her room. She hemorrhaged which is what caused the blood loss. I was able to stop the bleeding, but I had to remove one of her ovaries. She's resting, but she should wake up in the next few hours.

Elliot: Thank you so much, doctor. Is there any way they could be in the room so she can see them when she wakes?

Doctor: I can check but I don't see that being a problem.

Elliot: Thanks again.

Doctor: I'm just doing my job and congratulations on your family.

Elliot: Thanks, but this is not even all of them. I have five older kids, a 9-year-old, and these two.

Doctor: Wow, you have been busy.

Elliot: Yeah, but I wouldn't change a thing.

Doctor: You're a good man. I'll leave you to bond with the little ones until a nurse comes to get you.

Elliot: OK, we will see you around.

(Elliot has to wait another ten minutes before a nurse comes and gets them to wait for Olivia to wake up. He walks into the room and sees her sleeping so peacefully with a few cuts and bruises on her face. The nurse wheels the twins next to the bed as he steps closer to her and touches her face.)

Nurse: I will leave you alone now, just call when she wakes up if they need anything.

Elliot: Thank you so much.

(She leaves and he takes a seat and grasps her hand placing a kiss on her bruised knuckles.)

Elliot: Hey mama. I'm so happy that you're doing better now all I need is for you to wake up. You scared the hell out of me but you are one helluva woman bae. You kept our babies safe and brought them into this crazy world. I am so grateful and thankful to you, for being so strong, and coming back to me.

(He talks to her for a few more minutes before he takes out his cell to call his children.)

Kathleen: Dad?

Elliot: Hey.

Kathleen: Did you find them, Dad, please tell me you found them?

Elliot: (starts crying) Yeah, she actually called me and we tracked the call. She's ok now just has to rest from surgery and pushing out twin humans.

Kathleen: OH MY GOD she had them? Guys Liv had the twins and they all are ok.

(That's when he heard more voices in the background until Noah came on. Elliot has to calm himself so he can answer any questions he has.)
