015. THINKING OF YOU

Chapter fifteen

"Thinking of you." 

It was the summer where Hannah and Conrad had just graduated eighth grade, where the two wee sitting on the couch, as the fireplace was on, the two had been left to themselves as their moms had gone out to the dock with Susannah to sit outside, while Belly had gone off for one of her night swims, Jeremiah and Steve were off doing their own thing somewhere in the house, Conrad then stood up, as he held his hand out to her "dance with me." he told her, and as he did, Hannah chuckled "there's no music." she told him.

And as she did, Conrad pulled his phone out of his pocket and as he did, he went on spotify and as he did, he went to a playlist full of slow songs and clicked on one of the first one's, he turned the volume up, as he put his phone down, kiss me by Ed Sheeran started playing, as Hannah gave him her hand, Conrad pulled her up off the couch, and walked her over to the fireplace, as the two put their hands where they belonged just like they had done during one of the slow songs at eighth grade formal, as the two began to sway.

Conrad then grabbed her hand and spun her around, as Hannah came back around looking into his eyes, Conrad was looking into her's, as the two continued to sway.

And then Conrad then spun her out, and spun her back toward's him, as Hannah slammed into his chest, the two of them laughed, as they began to move in a circle.

And as the instrumental came in, Conrad spun her around "I remember when my mom was trying to teach me how to dance and I kept messing up she forced you to dance with me." he told her, and as he did, Hannah smiled "and look at you now, your not stepping on my feet anymore."  she told him, as Conrad raised his brows "oh, really?" he asked her, spinning her out and back toward's him, where her back was against his chest, she looked over her shoulder at him and as she did, Conrad was already looking down at her, as the lyrics came back in, Conrad spun her back out, and began to sway with her again.
