048. GOING BACK TO BROWN

Chapter forty eight

"Going back to Brown."

Where the four of them were soon headed down the highway, where when Conrad knew Jeremiah would have his eyes on the road, he looked from his notes and at Hannah who was looking over her notes "here." he told her, holding out his Brown sweatshirt and when he did, Hannah looked up at him "thanks." she told him, taking the sweatshirt, she put it on her lap and began taking off her white shirt and as she did, she then put the Brown sweatshirt on, making sure to roll it so it wouldn't look like a dress.

She then looked down at her book bag, and began digging through it to put the shirt in it, Belly yawned and shivered from the passenger seat "you cold?" Jeremiah asked her "no. I'm okay. I like it chilly. I just need lie,," Belly told him, as Hannah found a zip up sweatshirt in her bag, she pulled it out, handing it to Belly "oh, thank you." Belly told her, and as she did, Hannah then put her white shirt into it, as she then zipped it up, going back to looking at her notes, Conrad turned looking at her wearing his sweatshirt.

"All right. I'm gonna play something to bring up the mood." Belly told them, as free fallin by Tom Petty began playing, where Jeremiah and Belly both laughed, Hannah lifted her head up looking at them, she looked to Conrad and noticed him furrow his brows, she chuckled, as Conrad lifted his head up, looking at her laughing, he turned to the front at Belly and Jeremiah "we're trying to study." he told them, but the two of them didn't listen, as they started singing

Then even Conrad started singing

Hannah then laughed "no!" Hannah voiced and as she did, Conrad looked at her "oh come on! You made me dance!" he voiced "yeah and that doesn't mean I'm gonna sing!" Hannah voiced, as Jeremiah grabbed the phone from Belly "wait? What are you doing?" Belly asked him, as Jeremiah changed the song, she will be loved by Maroon five started playing, as he threw the phone back down.

"Beauty queen of only eighteen, she had some trouble with herself

And at it did, Hannah knew what Jeremiah was trying to do "oh, come on! Last time this song played in the car you sang with me!" Jeremiah voiced, as he turned looking back at her, Hannah scoffed "that was because you practically sang the entire thing to me! What was I supposed to do then? Sit there and let you sing the rest of the song to me?" she asked him, as Conrad furrowed his brows "wait? When was this?" he asked him "day after her birthday last summer. She asked me to go on a muffin run with her." Jeremiah shared "yeah and he took his hand off the wheel and almost killed us!" Hannah voiced.

"No, no! I told you that my driving was better then Belly's! She almost killed me and her!" Jeremiah voiced "hey!" Belly voiced, as Jeremiah leaned toward's the radio turning it up, he started singing really loud.

And when he did, Hannah rolled her eyes as she then began singing with Jeremiah.

The four of them then soon got to Brown, driving onto campus, Hannah and Conrad told Jeremiah where there class was, so he drove them to the closest road to it, where Conrad turned getting out of the car with his book bag, Hannah followed after him with her's, getting out of the car, she shut the door behind them "you got this, guys." Jeremiah told them "yeah, it's cool if you don't, but I think you do. Both of you." Belly shared "thank you, guys." Conrad told them "we'll see you after." Hannah shared "yeah." Jeremiah told her.

As Hannah and Conrad turned around, walking toward's the building their class was in, Conrad furrowed her brows "I can't believe you were never gonna tell me that my brother serenaded you." he shared, and when he did, Hannah started laughing "serenaded me?" she asked him, as Conrad hummed "yeah did you..did you not pick up on that?" he asked her, pointing behind them, Hannah nudged him "stop! Okay, it was like he said after my birthday in all honesty everything he did that morning was just to put a genuine smile on my face after everything that had happened that day.." she shared, and as she did, she furrowed her brows "wait? Is the Conrad Beck Fisher still jealous of the truth or dare kiss with Jeremiah?" she asked.

And when Conrad looked away from her, Hannah gasped "oh my god, you are!" she voiced, laughing, as Conrad turned to her "no, I'm not!" he voiced "yeah, yeah, because..because I thought me kissing you last night while you were all in your head, and the night before that after you confessed your love to me on the beach was..was enough for you but I..I guess not!" Hannah voiced, laughing, as she held her hands up "I'll just be on my way then. To Stanford! Without you!" she voiced, crossing in front of him and walking toward's the building that their class was in to take their bio exam.

Where as she did, Conrad shook his head, laughing, as he turned running after her "no!" Hannah voiced, dodging him from grabbing her, both her and Conrad laughed, as Hannah turned opening the door to the building, she headed inside, as Conrad caught it and followed in after her.
