"A lot has happened." Wanda explained as they walked through the building. "We thought we could change the world and help people."

"You do help people." Lance frowned, he could tell that something was wrong, Wanda's reaction to his arrival left him in no doubt of that. "And you have changed the world."

"The Avengers would agree." Wanda sighed. "The world however doesn't."

"Meaning?"

"The Avengers disappeared." Sam explained, he was standing at the top of the stairs ahead of them, he looked tired.

"What?!" Lance blinked. He had too many questions rattling in his head.

"The original 6 are now gone." Wanda stated, she sounded frustrated. "They've left the rest of us behind."

"Well you're in good company." Lance sighed. "I left my team again."

"Tony's protocol activated when you arrived, FRIDAY alerted me." Sam stepped closer. "How did you get here?"

"Haggar." Lance shrugged. "Although, I'm not too sure since everything glowed green for a while."

"Green sounds more like Loki." Bucky informed as he jogged down the steps.

Lance blinked at him, his hair was shorter now and he looked happy, then he was encased in a tight hug.

"You're here."

"I'm here." Lance nodded into his shoulder. "You okay?"

Bucky pulled back. "I'm better now you're here, things have been really stressful."

Lance rubbed the back of his neck. "So what's the game plan?"

"Can we back track to the part where you recognise us and know who we are?" Sam frowned.

Lance chuckled and crossed his arms. "You really think the lions were going to let me forget?"

"Point made." Bucky nodded. "And as for a game plan... We don't really have one."

Lances eyes flickered around the building. On the wall was a picture, the picture he had taken with the avengers.

"When was the last time you saw them?" Lance asked.

"When Thanos attacked."

Lance turned to see Maria standing behind him. She smiled.

"Maria?"

"Hi Lance, it's so good to see you, how are you?"

Lance shrugged. "Better than the last time you guys saw me, especially since I've just found out I died."

"You didn't know about that?" Bucky whispered.

"No, apparently not." Lance rubbed his forehead.

"Who's the new guy?"

Lance glanced over Maria's shoulder to see a man, he looked roughly middle aged, he was in an oversized jumper with some kind of suit on underneath.

It was red and black and Lance wasn't sure what he was meant to be.

A woman stood at his side, arms crossed over her chest. She was dressed in black and yellow nd her scowl was mean.

Lance offered a wave. "I'm the kid the Avengers adopted."

The two shared a glance. "The Avengers adopted a kid?"

"Lance." Vision announced as he came through the wall.

"Vis, we talked about you doing that." Wanda looked tired.

Lance shook his head. "Can we get back to the Avengers gone missing part? And who on Altea is Thanos?"
