Two weeks passed since the celebration dinner, and Kara and Lena have settled into a nice routine. They go to work, come home eat a healthy dinner, relax on the sofa watching a movie or a few episodes of their favorite show before going to bed. Today was another day like any other, the women wake up at a respectable hour, Kara fixed breakfast while Lena showered before coming to the kitchen. "I love this." Lena said as she sat down at the table. "What exactly do you love?" Kara asked smiling at her. "This. Our life. This little one growing inside me." Lena replied. "Me too. I love it too." Kara replied.
After breakfast Kara got ready using her super speed while Lena put the dishes in the dishwasher. "Ready to go to work my love?" Lena asks. "Yes." Kara replied as she grabs her bag and follows Lena out the door. The ride to Cat Co was short but filled with lots of passionate kisses shared between the wives. "Mrs. Danvers-Luthor...we're here." The driver said. "Are we still on for lunch?" Kara asked. "Yes darling. I'll come to Cat Co today though." Lena replied. "Ok! I look forward to it. I love you." Kara replied. "I love you too darling." Lena replied as Kara slid out of the suv and walked into the large building.
After arriving at L Corp Lena begins her day of paperwork, and mundane meetings. Half way through one of her last meetings she began feeling ill again. "Can we wrap this shit up?" Lena snapped. "Miss Luthor...please...we have much to go over." A old man said. "It's MRS. Danvers-Luthor! You'll do good to remember that. Now we've discussed everything we have to. So you all may go!" Lena deadpanned leaving the room of old men silent as she walked out.
Once back in her office she shut the door and ran to the bathroom and got sick again. "Rao...when will it stop?" Lena whispered to herself. "Kara...I need to go to her.." Lena added as she stood up. "Jess! I'm leaving for a couple of hours. Hold all my calls and whatever else comes my way!" Lena said. Her assistant nodded and watched her boss leave.
Kara had her back to her when she entered her wife's office a few minutes later. "Kar..." Lena said getting the blondes attention quickly. "Lee! Are you ok?" Kara asked as she rushed to the dark haired woman's side. "No...I got sick again...is this normal?" Lena asked. "I'm not sure. We can go to the DEO if you want, talk to my mom about it." Kara suggested. "Please." Lena replied. "Ok, let's go. I'll cancel the rest of my day." Kara replied as she held her wife in her arms. "Thank you." Lena whispered.
