'Ten years later'

"I want to start off tonight by saying thank you for coming. Today is Lena and I's ten year wedding anniversary! That being said I'd like to take a little time to tell you all how thankful I am that Lena chased me out of Noonan's that day, and all but demanded that I go on a date with her. At the time of the meeting I was definitely not looking for anything in particular especially a relationship. However there was something about Lena that made me instantly changed my mind. Maybe it was the fact that my sister in law pushed her into my arms literally, or perhaps it was here determination to take me out, or it could have been my then boss who demanded I go interview Lena that same day, or how she insisted I stay for lunch after said interview.

Either way...I'm forever thankful for that day at Noonan's. Meeting you Lena was definitely fate...that first kiss was choice...but falling in love with you was definitely something out of this universe. I always thought that the day we got married would be the best day of my life, however looking back on everything...I'd have to say that every day since we met all those years ago are the best days of my life. I know I tell you everyday but I love you Lena, I always have and I always will!" Kara finished her speech and returned to her seat beside her wife.

"I guess it's my turn now...hmm how do I top that...Kara everything you said is absolutely right, however I would also add that day I was pushed into your arms was a day I'll always treasure. When I saw you...my heart fluttered inside my chest. Then I saw Alex...and I instantly got a twinge of jealousy in my gut. Then I heard her say 'mom' and I instantly felt better. I knew then that I had to find a way to make you mine...I did...what I'm trying to say is that meeting you turned my world upside down...before meeting you I would constantly tell myself 'I'm a Luthor...no one in their right mind will want to be with me...let alone have a family with me.' Yet you came into my life and all of my silly fears flew out of my mind. You calmed my nerves even when you told me that I'd gain powers....I freaked but you stood strong and told me that you'd stay beside me always.

Then we got pregnant...and oh boy...those bloody hormones...you spent a lot of time on the sofa..but you never gave up on me. You stayed by my side throughout everything...all three of our children's births...for that I'll forever be thankful...Kara Zor-El Luthor Danvers you are my person..my heart...my soulmate...I love you." Lena finished her speech and sat back down again.

After that Eliza ushered her grandchildren to stand up and say something.

"Hello everyone! I guess I'm supposed to say something on behalf of my mom's since my little sisters can't talk yet...I'm Liam Jeremiah Zor-El Luhthor Danvers. I'm the product of my mom's love. I can't tell you how many times I heard the story of how they met...but it never gets old. I hope one day..that myself, my sisters Lori and Alura are lucky enough to find someone who loves them just as much as my mom's love each other..." Liam finished his speech and was quickly pulled into a tight hug. "We love you Liam." Kara gushed. "I love you too mom and momma..." Liam replied.

"TO KARA AND LENA!" Everyone cheered. "To Kara and Lena..." Came the voices of two invisible people who hovered in a corner. Elizabeth Walsh and Alura Zor-El hovered together. "We gave birth to two strong women." Elizabeth said. "Yes we did..come now...we must go back to Rao's Land..." Alura said as they disappeared into thin air.
