Kimberly walked in through the main doors, her eyes landing on the people wandering around. Johnny was following her from behind, but he didn't look for anyone. His eyes were on his sister. As Kimberly headed towards the hall that led to the dorms, she noticed John hurrying out into the main hall.

-"John!" Kimberly said loudly, but John just turned his head to look at her. He seemed slightly stressed, only shouting as he continued to walk.
-"Your uniform is in your dorm. Meet in the main conference room in 30!"

Kimberly stopped in her path as her shoulders felt heavier. Did John also forget my birthday? Kimberly thought to herself. She hugged herself as she continued to walk towards the dorms. Johnny could see how her head dropped after John rushed past them.
-"Don't worry, he's just stressed," Johnny said, trying to reassure her.

-"Yeah, of course," Kimberly said, letting it go. They headed up the stairs, soon enough finding themselves on the third floor.
-"I'll knock on your door in twenty minutes, okay?" Johnny said, walking up to room 101. Kimberly grabbed the door handle to room 100, opening the door.
-"Okay," she said quietly before disappearing into the room. She shut the door behind her, almost feeling defeated.

Kimberly looked around, expecting to see Simon. But the room was empty and the bathroom door was wide open. She sighed for herself as she walked up to her bed, grabbing the folded clothes. She hurried into the bathroom, getting dressed. She couldn't begin to describe how painful it actually was to be forgotten on her birthday.

She stared at her service uniform, not really a fan of wearing it. But it had been quite some years since last time. Kimberly was just grateful that it was only her ceremony, and if it was going under the books, then no one would make a big deal out of it. She quickly undressed of her current clothes. She laid the jacket aside, staring at the clothing that should have been her pants.
-"The fuck is this?" Kimberly whispered. She grabbed it, holding it out in front of her. She stared at the black jumpsuit, wondering if John had suffered a stroke while finding her clothes. "This isn't correct... but I've got no time to find anything else."

She dressed in the jumpsuit, staring at the mirror. The legs could remind of dress pants, but they were too wide. The jumpsuit was something some people usually would wear to parties. Kimberly rolled her eyes as she grabbed her jacket, taking it on.
She brushed her hair back, but it was still too short to tie up or do anything reasonable with. Kimberly didn't bother to do anything more. She didn't feel the need. She had a bad feeling in her gut, telling her that they would miss her ceremony as well.

Kimberly made her way out of the bathroom. She looked around the room, just standing there awkwardly. She didn't want to wrinkle her uniform if she settled down. She didn't know how much time passed, but eventually she heard knocking on the door.

Kimberly exited her room and threw a glance at her brother. He was dressed in regular clothes, which didn't surprise her. His denim jeans and a black dress shirt. He seemed to have styled his mohawk as well, but she didn't put too much into it.

-"Seems brand new," Johnny said, studying her jacket. "What's up with the pants?"
-"The jacket is brand new. I guess they threw mine away when I died. Don't know why, but John grabbed a jumpsuit instead of pants. He's going to stress a heart attack on himself one of these days," Kimberly muttered. Johnny grinned as he led way, descending the stairs.

They turned left before entering the main hall, continuing down the hall. They eventually reached the conference room where John had told them to meet. Kimberly saw Shepherd and Phillip. As she realised that both John and Simon had missed her ceremony, she felt even more disappointed.

She composed herself as she turned to look at Johnny. He seemed hesitant, standing still in the doorframe.
-"You too?" Kimberly asked, staring disappointingly at her brother.
-"Yeah, I've got an errand to run. We'll celebrate later," Johnny said, staring at his disappointed sister. He spun around and left her alone, feeling bad for her.
-"Great," Kimberly muttered, turning back to look at Shepherd and Phillip.
