Our bond, our old entrancing triggered love that was once replaced with hate, turmoil, pain, suffering.... everything.

Felt changed somehow.

Relief. Just a touch of relief.

But I whimpered, feeling my knees grow weak from underneath me. "You can't....I-..... I can't-!"

"Yes, you can. Do you hear me?" He said slowly. I saw the tears in his eyes, not wanting to give in. "I'm sorry........ for everything, I'm sorry." He choked. "I've been unfair, so fucking unfair to you and I-.... I need this. I need you to let go. Let this go."

He sucked in a breath, his lips going to my forehead again and kissing it sweetly.

"I'll never forget the day my heart felt something again, wanted something again." His mouth dropping down to my ear, feeling the hot breath. "The only time I've felt like I was myself.....It was you............. It was you."

I shivered against him.

"They'll hunt you, they'll turn you in! Seb-"

He pulled away to look down at me, his lips dangerously close.

"Let them, let them try...... This is no longer your burden to bear."

I couldn't. I can't fucking let him. I can't let him do this. I was this fucking close to doing what I needed to and here he was bringing me down with him again. Even if it was all the things I've been wanting to hear for over nine years.

"I can't let them take you..... ." I whispered, the tears dripping fast his fingers. "....once-..... was hard enough." I cried, my hands reaching to his jaw, letting my fingers one last time memorize his face, his eyes, his lips. "Please-..... please, you have to let me go." I begged.

He kissed my finger that went across his lip. Smiling into it. Leaning down to my face. Stopping right at my lips.

"Never."

KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK

The harsh pounding noise pulled us both away.

"My dear, we are ready." Lord Gaunts voice sounded behind the door.

Sebastian determined eyes changed to hate as I felt the radiating stress roll of his shoulders.

"One minute!" I yelled to the door.

I had to get him out of here.

I grabbed his shoulders, pushing him into the dark corner in which he hid from me. My eyes pleading with him to stay put and to use the invisibility spell over himself.

"Alora-" Sebastian grabbed me to him. Barely able to see his face in the corner of the room.

"I'm sorry Sebastian, forgive me-"

But he grabbed me, pushing me up against the wall, his hand going over my mouth to muffle it. The seriousness in his eyes from the rejection. I couldn't make him understand, he wouldn't listen. "You don't have to do this. You don't have to marry him for my protection. Your given a choice, Alora......... please. I want you."

Sebastian.....

I wanted you so badly it physically pains me every time I look at you .

I wanted you in the rain.

I wanted you in Azkaban on the dirty floor as you strangled me.

I wanted you when you told me you wanted nothing to do with me. That you hated me, didn't need me.
