Arianna
Travis had a game today against the Dolphins. He left early this morning to go to Arrowhead, leaving me to get ready with Brittany. As I got ready, I couldn't help but feel a mix of excitement and nerves.
Brittany and I got ready together, chatting and laughing. It was nice to have her around more since I've been in Kansas.
Once we were ready, we headed to the game with security. The energy around Arrowhead was electric, with fans buzzing with excitement. Everything was going well until we got to the box area. Brittany was texting on her phone and suddenly looked irritated.
"What's wrong?" I asked, noticing her furrowed brow.
"Kayla is here," Brittany replied, her tone annoyed. "One of the guys' girlfriends invited her."
Kayla was Travis's ex, and our history wasn't exactly friendly. She hated me, and I wasn't too fond of her either. I had essentially stolen Travis from her, and she never let me forget it.
"I'll be nice as long as she's nice," I said, trying to keep my cool.
A few minutes later, Kayla showed up. I tried to avoid her, but she made a beeline for me.
"Hey, Arianna," she said, her voice dripping with sarcasm. "How's everything going since you stole my boyfriend?"
I took a deep breath, trying to keep my composure. "It's going well, Kayla. Thanks for asking."
"Must be nice," she continued, her eyes narrowing. "I bet it's not easy keeping up with him. I mean, he left me for you, but how long do you think that'll last?"
I felt a surge of anger but kept my voice steady. "At the end of the day, the guy is mine, Kayla."
Kayla's face flushed with anger. "Don't get too comfortable. Travis and I have a lot of history."
Brittany stepped in, her expression firm. "Kayla, I think it's time for you to go. This isn't the place for this kind of drama."
Kayla glared at Brittany, but she didn't argue. With a final scowl, she turned and walked to the other side of the box. I took a deep breath, trying to let go of the tension she had caused.
"Thanks, Brittany," I said, giving her a grateful smile.
"Anytime," she replied. "Let's just focus on the game."
Travis
In the middle of the game, I scanned the box area and saw Arianna. I waved up to her, feeling a surge of love and support. But then, I thought I saw Kayla in the box with her. Confused, I had one of the players look.
"Yeah, that's Kayla," he confirmed.
What the hell was she doing here? I tried to shake off the weird feeling and focus back on the game. The Chiefs were playing well, and I needed to keep my head in the game. We managed to pull off a win, and the locker room was filled with cheers and celebrations.
As we were getting ready to leave, the guys started making jokes.
"So, Travis, your ex and your girl hanging out today?" Creed teased.
"Must have been awkward," Isiah added with a grin.
I laughed, trying to play it cool. "Yeah, it was unexpected. But Arianna can handle herself."
One of the rookies looked a bit sheepish. "Actually, my girlfriend invited Kayla. They recently became friends."
Patrick, who had been listening, shook his head. "Kayla is definitely using your girlfriend to come to games. She knows exactly what she's doing."
The guys nodded in agreement, murmuring their assent.
"Why would she even want to come here?" Creed asked, genuinely puzzled.
"Probably to stir up trouble," Isiah suggested. "She's not over Travis and wants to make things difficult for Arianna."
I sighed, feeling the weight of their words. "Yeah, well, I'll talk to Arianna about it. Hopefully, this won't become a regular thing."
Patrick patted my shoulder. "You got this, man. Just keep your head up."
As we finished up in the locker room, the camaraderie and support from the guys helped lighten the mood. The jokes and banter were a reminder of the strong bond we shared as a team.
After showering and changing, I hurried out, eager to find Arianna. When I walked out of the locker room, I saw Kayla waiting. Cameras were watching, so I kept my cool. She tried to talk to me, but I ignored her.
"I'm not doing this, Kayla. I'm done. I've moved on," I said firmly before walking away.
I found Arianna, who looked relieved to see me. "Are you okay?" I asked, pulling her into a hug.
She nodded. "Yeah, just dealing with Kayla's drama. But we handled it."
"Good," I said, kissing her forehead. "Let's get out of here."
We headed home, the tension from the day finally starting to fade. Once we got home, I pulled her into a passionate kiss as soon as we walked through the door. She responded eagerly, and I couldn't help but grin.
"Be on top tonight, babe," I murmured against her lips. "I just played a football game."
She laughed, her eyes sparkling. "Oh, poor baby. I guess I can manage that but only because you won."
We made our way to the bedroom, shedding clothes along the way. I lay back on the bed, watching as Arianna straddled me. The sight of her above me, her perfect breasts and curves, was enough to drive me wild.
She took control. The pleasure built quickly, our connection deep and intense. Whenever Arianna was on top, I loved watching her body move. It was mesmerizing.
When we finally reached the peak together, it felt like the perfect culmination of a day filled with highs and lows.
Afterwards, as Arianna was getting ready for bed, I grabbed my phone to check for any messages. I saw a text from Kayla:
Kayla: Travis, we need to talk. I still have feelings for you, and I know you feel the same. Please call me.
I felt a surge of anger and frustration. I didn't want any more drama in our lives. Without responding, I blocked her number and tossed my phone onto the nightstand.
I turned to Arianna in bed, wrapping my arms around her. She snuggled close, her warmth calming me.
"Everything okay?" she asked softly.
"Yeah," I replied, kissing the top of her head. "Just dealt with some loose ends. Let's get some sleep."
With her in my arms, the tension from the day melted away. As long as we were together, I knew we could handle anything.
