Travis
The locker room is a whirlwind of celebration after our win. The guys are going crazy, popping champagne bottles and smoking cigars. Laughter and shouts of triumph fill the air as we revel in our hard-earned victory. This is what we've been working towards all season, and the feeling is indescribable.
After the initial excitement dies down a bit, we start changing out of our gear. We have plans to hit up a club for the after-party, and the energy is still high as we get ready. I throw on some clean clothes, still buzzing from the game, and I can't wait to see Arianna. She's a music legend and doesn't even realize it, and I'm so proud of her for absolutely killing it during the halftime show.
I finally make my way out of the locker room and find Arianna with Jason, Brittany, and her girlfriends. They're all smiling and chatting, and when she sees me, her face lights up. We head to the club together, and I'm on cloud nine, the adrenaline still pumping through my veins.
The club is packed, and the music is loud. We're dancing, singing, and just living in the moment. Arianna looks so happy, and I can't take my eyes off her. We're in our own little world, surrounded by friends and fans, but all I see is her.
As we're dancing, I pull her close and whisper in her ear, "Marry me tonight."
She looks at me, her eyes wide. "What did you say?"
"Marry me tonight," I repeat, louder this time.
She laughs, shaking her head. "You're crazy."
"I'm serious," I say. "We can have a big wedding later on, but I don't want to spend another day without being your husband. We can have a million big weddings if you want. I love you."
She looks at me for a long moment, then nods slowly. "Okay, but we need a witness."
"Our closest friends are all here," I say, glancing around at the familiar faces surrounding us.
"My dad might kill you," she says with a grin.
"I'll risk it," I reply, my heart pounding.
She laughs again. "I want to wear a white dress. I want that at least. Let's get married tomorrow. I'll make some calls and get everything, but I want to do this somewhat traditional."
I nod, smiling. "You have 24 hours."
"Deal," she says, and we seal it with a kiss.
We go back to dancing and celebrating, the excitement of our impromptu wedding plans adding to the thrill of the night. Eventually, we head back to the hotel, still buzzing with energy.
As we lie in bed, Arianna is on her phone, typing away to figure out the impromptu wedding plans. I watch her, my heart full.
"I'm too excited to sleep," she says, glancing over at me with a smile.
I chuckle. "I know the feeling. Today has been crazy."
She leans over and kisses me softly. "I love you, Travis."
"I love you too, Arianna," I reply, pulling her close.
We lie there, holding each other, talking about how insane this day has been and dreaming about our future together. Despite the chaos, everything feels perfect.
Arianna
I can't believe this is happening. I found a vintage Dolce & Gabbana dress that's absolutely perfect. It's only ever been worn once on the runway and then archived. It's like it was waiting just for this moment. I also found a classic suit for Travis. Now, it's time to tell my parents.
