The excitement of Grammy night was palpable as Travis and I prepared at Miley's house in LA. The house buzzed with activity and anticipation, and having Miley, her mom Tish, and Miley's godmother Dolly Parton with us made it even more special.

Professionals swarmed around me, working on my makeup and hair. The makeup artist expertly applied shimmering eyeshadow and a bold, yet elegant lip color, while the hairstylist added extensions and styled my hair half-up with beautiful curls cascading down my back. I felt like a princess, and every brushstroke and curl added to my excitement for the night ahead.

Dolly, with her ever-warm presence, kissed us both goodbye, her words filled with love and humor. "Good luck, y'all. And Travis, remember to treat Arianna right. Watch out for those Jolene's," she added with a playful wink, making everyone laugh.

Travis had been downstairs, chatting with Miley and her family while I got ready. When I finally descended the stairs in my delicate pink Daniel Del Core dress, corseted and flowing with a train, the room fell silent. All eyes were on me, but it was Travis's reaction that made my heart flutter. His eyes widened, a slow smile spreading across his face as he took in the sight of me.

"Damn," he whispered, barely audible to anyone else. "You look stunning, Ari."

I felt my cheeks heat up at his compliment. "Thank you," I said, smoothing down the dress nervously. "You don't look too bad yourself."

Travis stepped closer, his hand finding the small of my back. "I can't wait to take this dress off later," he murmured into my ear, his voice filled with playful desire. I giggled, feeling a rush of excitement for the night ahead.

Once we were all ready, we headed outside to the sprinter van that would take us to the ceremony. I had initially wanted to skip the red carpet, preferring to avoid the media frenzy, but Travis had other plans.

"You look too good to not get photos taken," he said, holding my hand. "I'll be there with you the entire time. Come on."

I couldn't resist his convincing smile and agreed to walk the red carpet. Miley and Tish got out first, and then Travis helped me out of the van. As soon as my feet touched the red carpet, the press erupted in a frenzy of flashing lights and shouted questions. Travis held my hand firmly, his presence grounding me as we made our way down the carpet.

"Over here, Arianna! Travis, look this way!" The photographers called out, their cameras capturing every angle.

Travis stepped to the side, letting me take some solo photos. I posed, feeling a mixture of confidence and nervousness, my heart pounding with the adrenaline of the moment. After a few minutes, he joined me again, and we smiled for more photos together before making our way inside to our table.

The ceremony began with a stunning performance by Olivia Rodrigo, her voice filling the venue with raw emotion. After her performance, we caught up briefly, exchanging hugs and congratulatory words. Throughout the night, various artists and celebrities came up to congratulate us on our engagement. Travis laughed, "You really do know everyone," he said, shaking his head in amazement.

The night continued with one highlight after another. Miley won Best Pop Solo Performance for "Flowers," her first Grammy win. I was so proud of her, and we hugged tightly before she went on stage to accept her award. 

Victoria Monet, who I had worked with in the past, gave me an encouraging squeeze on the arm. "You're killing it, Ari," she said, her smile genuine.

Halfway through the ceremony, Beyoncé and Jay Z arrived, bringing a new level of excitement to the room and they were sat at our table. They greeted us warmly, and Jay Z and Travis quickly fell into conversation, most likely about sports. I couldn't hear what they were saying, but seeing Travis talk so animatedly with Jay Z was a sight to behold.

During one of the breaks, Blue Ivy asked at the table "Can I get a picture with you and Miley?" she asked shyly. Miley and I happily obliged, posing with her while Jay Z took the photo. Blue Ivy beamed with happiness, and I couldn't help but feel honored to share such a moment.

Then it was time for the Pop Vocal Album category. I held onto Travis's hand, my heart racing. Even if I didn't win, I was happy just to be considered.

When they called out my album, my heart skipped a beat. I smiled, standing up and giving Travis a quick hug before heading to the stage. I brought Dave, my producer, up with me and made my speech, keeping it light and heartfelt. Then, I went backstage, still in a daze from the win.

As the final award of the night approached, my nerves returned. Album of the Year was a massive honor, and I didn't think I had a chance. But when Celine Dion announced my name, I was in shock.

"Bitch, get up!" Miley nudged me, laughing. I stood up, hugged Miley and Travis, and Beyoncé squeezed my hand as I passed by. "Congratulations," she whispered.

I continued to talk even though my legs felt like jelly.

"This is insane," I said, taking the microphone on stage. "I didn't think I was going to win." The audience laughed, and I continued, "I want to thank the academy. And all of the amazing artist here and who have influenced me. I also have a surprise I have been working on a new album, 'Positions,' that will be released very soon. Thank you to the academy once again."

Back at our table, I felt a whirlwind of emotions. Winning Album of the Year was beyond my wildest dreams. The night had been perfect and having Travis by my side made it even more special. As the ceremony ended and we made our way out, I knew this was a night I would never forget.
