Arianna

The roar of the crowd in the Netherlands still echoed in my ears as I rushed backstage, adrenaline pumping from the back-to-back shows. I needed to change quickly and catch my flight to Kansas City. As I darted through the bustling backstage area, Theo stepped in front of me, a curious look on his face.

"Hey, where's the fire?" he asked, raising an eyebrow.

"I have to catch a flight," I said breathlessly, trying to move around him.

Theo smirked. "The NFL guy, huh? He's lucky. Have fun, kid."

I rolled my eyes, smiling despite myself. "Thanks, Theo. See you soon."

I quickly changed out of my stage clothes and into something more comfortable for the flight. My mom was already waiting for me, and we hurried out of the venue and to the awaiting car that would take us to the jet.

Once we were on the jet, I finally allowed myself to relax. The exhaustion from the shows hit me all at once, and I leaned back in my seat, closing my eyes. My mom smiled at me from across the aisle.

As the jet took off, I drifted into a deep sleep, my dreams filled with images of Travis's smile and the look on his face when he saw me. The next thing I knew, we were landing in Kansas City. I stretched, feeling a mix of nerves and excitement.

We disembarked, and my mom headed to Brittany's place while I made my way to Travis's. I used my code to get through his gate and then my key to get inside the house. It was dark and quiet, which meant he was still sleeping. Perfect.

I put down my bags in the hallway and quietly made my way upstairs. Pushing open the bedroom door, I saw him lying there, peacefully asleep. I slipped into bed beside him, gently snuggling up to his warm body.

Travis stirred, his eyes fluttering open. He did a double take when he saw me, his expression shifting from confusion to pure joy.

"Ari, what...?" he began, his voice thick with sleep.

I smiled, leaning in to kiss him softly. "Happy birthday, my love."

His arms wrapped around me, pulling me close, and he kissed me deeply, his hands roaming my body as if he couldn't believe I was really there. "I've missed you so much," he murmured against my lips.

"I've missed you too," I whispered, my heart racing as his kisses trailed down my neck.

His voice dropped to a husky whisper. "I've missed you and your pretty pussy."

A shiver of anticipation ran through me as he moved down my body, kissing and nipping at my skin. When he reached my thighs, he spread them gently, his breath warm against my most sensitive area. I gasped as he began to pleasure me with his mouth, his tongue teasing and exploring until I was writhing beneath him.

"Oh, Travis..." I moaned, my fingers tangling in his hair as waves of pleasure built inside me.

He didn't stop until I came, my body arching off the bed as I cried out his name. Only then did he move back up, capturing my lips in a searing kiss.

He positioned himself above me, his eyes searching mine. "Are you ready?" he asked softly.

I nodded, but as he began to enter me, I realized how long it had been. I had to adjust to his size, and he went slow, his movements gentle and deliberate.

"It's been too long," I whispered, feeling the stretch.

"I know," he said, his voice a mix of desire and tenderness. "We'll take it slow."

He moved carefully, allowing me to get used to him, and soon the discomfort faded into pleasure. We found our rhythm, each thrust bringing us closer together. It was slow and intimate, a reaffirmation of our connection after so much time apart.

When we finally reached the peak together, it was like coming home. We held each other close, our breaths mingling as we lay tangled in the sheets.

"This is the best birthday surprise ever," he said, his voice filled with contentment.

I smiled, feeling a deep sense of peace. "I'm glad. I couldn't wait any longer to see you."

We stayed like that for a while, just enjoying the closeness and the warmth of each other. In that moment, everything felt perfect.

Travis

I lay in bed, holding Arianna close as she napped on my chest. We had made up for lost time with a couple of rounds of passionate, tender lovemaking. Now, she looked like an angel, her face serene and peaceful in sleep. Her presence filled me with a profound sense of peace and contentment. I never wanted to let her go.

With her soft breath tickling my chest and her arm draped over my stomach, I felt a wave of happiness wash over me. The past month had been a whirlwind of emotions and challenges, but in this moment, everything else faded away. All that mattered was the woman in my arms.

I gently brushed a strand of hair away from her face, marveling at how beautiful she was. Arianna was my anchor, my rock, and I would do anything to protect and cherish her.

As she slept, I decided to go through the birthday texts on my phone. Messages from friends, family, and teammates poured in, each one making me smile. I replied to a few, thanking them for their well wishes.

Arianna's phone, lying on the nightstand, kept buzzing with notifications. I reached over and put it on silent, not wanting to disturb her rest. But one notification caught my eye—a text from Theo. Trusting her completely, I felt a twinge of curiosity about why the guitar player was texting her. I knew it was wrong, but I couldn't help myself. I unlocked her phone and opened the text.

The message from Theo was harmless: "Great show last night, Ari. You were amazing as always. Hope you have a safe flight!"

Relief washed over me, but I found myself scrolling through their conversation. I knew it was an invasion of privacy, but I couldn't stop myself. Their messages were friendly, filled with casual banter about the tour and music. Then I came across their exchange about my fight with Zach.

Theo: "I saw the video. You okay?"

Arianna: "Yeah, I'm fine. It was just so scary to see Travis like that. I didn't like it at all."

I felt a pang of guilt reading her words. I hadn't realized how much my actions had affected her. She was scared and worried, and I hated that I had put her through that.

I locked her phone and placed it back on the nightstand, then tightened my hold on her, pressing a gentle kiss to the top of her head. She stirred slightly, snuggling closer to me, her warmth soothing my troubled thoughts.

"I'm so sorry, Ari," I whispered, more to myself than to her.

In that moment, I resolved to be better, to make sure I never put her in a position where she felt scared or worried about my actions. She deserved peace and happiness, and I would do everything in my power to give her that.

As I lay there, the morning light filtering through the curtains, I made a silent promise to myself. I would never let anything come between us. Arianna was everything I'd ever wanted and more, and I would fight for our love with everything I had.

For now, I just wanted to savor this moment, holding her close and feeling the steady rhythm of her breath. In a world full of chaos and uncertainty, this was my sanctuary.

I closed my eyes, letting the peace of the moment wash over me.
