"We have to get back to your mother."
Hoseok pointed out,
"and we're running out of time"...
______________

...give me a sec...

Both omegas were on their tip toes, back pressed against the wall as they silently walked through the hallway, with Hoseok leading the way, and yoonji behind him, directing him what part to take.

They got to the stairs, and it was luckily empty, though they weren't sure if other floors stairs would be the same, but now was a great start.

Not wasting time, Hoseok held the Younger's hand, hurrying up the stairs with silent steps. They got to the top of the stairs, and Hoseok knew to look around for any danger before moving forward.

He was thankful he did. For a few feet before them stood another set of masked men, all fully armed. He quickly ducked to the side before one of them could sight him. He pulled out his gun, pulling the trigger.

"I can't tell how many, but there's more of them up here." Hoseok whispered, turning his gaze to yoonji who had her hopeful eyes staring up at him.

He gave her an assuring smile, patting her hair. "Give me a sec, I'll be right back." And before yoonji knew it, he was out of her sight, facing the masked men. The next thing she heard were gun shots, being fired through the air, and Hoseok was back again, smiling at her like nothing had happened.

"Coast is clear. Now show me the secret passage." He said casually, tucking the gun into his pant.

She quickly scanned through his body for any more injury, and let out a relieved breath when she didn't find one. "Jeeze!! Don't disappear like that again!" She quietly snapped, hitting on his shoulder, and Hoseok finally let out the wince he'd been holding, bending over as he gripped on his wrapped up shoulder.

"Oh my god! I'm sorry!  I'm sorry!" Yoonji began to panic, bending down beside him.

Hoseok let out a breathy chuckle, resting his back on the wall, still gripping on his aching shoulder.

"That's not funny!! You're badly hurt, and you're still laughing!!" The younger omega snapped, glaring gaze at the elder.

"Sorry." Hoseok muttered, "his head lightly hitting the wall. "But this seriously hurt. It's just really funny to see you panic. You were the same one saying you were used to this few minutes ago." He completed, teasing chuckle in his tone.

She grumbled, arms crossing over her chest, face red from embarrassment. "Seriously, you're the most unserious being I've ever seen. You aren't even afraid that there are invaders here who are possibly going to kill us."

"If I am, then we're all hundred percent dead meat." Hoseok spoke, using the wall as a support to get up, his expression turning serious once again.

"Show me where the secret passage is."

Yoonji nodded quickly, guiding him through the hallway, she could do nothing, but cover her mouth in disgust as she jumped over the numerous lifeless bodies all splattered on the floor, with bullet holes all in their forehead and chest.

Hoseok quickly bent down, picking an extra gun, before hurrying after yoonji, who already had her fingerprint on the wall. The wall slid open to reveal a wide spaced room, with numerous weapons hung over the wall.

"Woah?" Hoseok couldn't hold his astonishment, wide eyes grazing all over the wall.

"They're for Yoongi, don't touch them. He's gonna be even mad I showed you this place, and madder if any of his weapons are tampered with."  Yoonji spoke, placing her thumb on what looked like a wooden box.

There was a clicking sound, and the weapon covered wall began to move to reveal a long spiral stairway, "It's gonna take some time and energy, but it's the safest to get to mum." She completed, already making her way up the stairs, and Hoseok needed not to be told twice to hurry after her as the wall began to close back.

It took them less than five minutes to get up, and yoonji, who was way to anxious and excited to meet her mum hurried out, leaving a tired Hoseok to walk up the remaining stairs by himself.

"Wow!  Thanks for helping me." Hoseok muttered to himself, sarcasm in his tone as he used the wall to support himself up. The fabric around his shoulder was beginning to turn red, and the stinging pain of the bullet inside him wasn't helping matters one bit. If he wasn't lucky enough to receive first aid treatment as quick as possible, he might collapse, and... then it downed on him.

"I'm fucked." The omega muttered, eyes wide in realization. He wasn't supposed to bleed this much, or even get any serious injury on himself. That was one thing he had to avoid at all cost due to his health. For a person with very low iron, getting seriously injured was equivalent to signing a death wish. His chances of death right now was already above an eighty. If not eighty, then seventy.

As if on cue, black dots began to play in his line of vision, and Hoseok knew to grip on the rail to prevent himself from falling down the spiral stairs.

He sat down on one of the stairs, his tired head resting on his hands, hoping for the black dots to wipe away.

Yoonji's sudden scream got him scurrying to his feet, hurrying up the remaining flight of stairs.

"Ýoonji?! What's wrong!?" He yelled as he barged through the door, just in time to be knocked to his knees, by a pair of strong booth legs.  He reached for his gun, quickly aiming it at whoever the person was, but he wasn’t fast enough. The gun was kicked from his hand. Hoseok groaned in pain when he felt an unbearable pressure on his injured shoulder, eyes tightly shut as he tried to pry off the booth that was pinning him to the ground.

"Release him." A voice commanded, and Hoseok found himself being lifted up from the ground. With the little strength he had, he yanked himself off the  masked man's grip, almost tumbling to the floor.

Two of the masked men came forward, about the grab him again when a commanding voice stopped them.

Hoseok regained his balance, dizzy eyes scanning around him. They were many. Nine, and if he didn't count correctly, then ten.

One who seemed to be the leader was seated on the large couch, unmasked. Hoseok could pick out an exadrated fire tattoo drawn across his muscular arm, with a unique type of rose drawin between the fire. The rose was bearly noticeable,  for it seemed to be a faded design. His aurborn brown hair was the exact colour as Hoseok's himself, except that it was shorter and neatly styled, unlike his own waist length own, parked up in a messy bun.

He was oddly familiar. He just couldn't point out where he'd seen him, maybe before his life became miserable... or while he was still at the silo. He wasn't sure of any of that, but he was sure he had come across the alpha before.

His eyes dilated to that of a golden color when he finally sighted who he'd been searching for.

Yoonji.

She was trembling, fearful gaze at the omega with her hands locked to her back. There was a masked man behind her, holding a gun to her head, his arm around her neck, and beside her was Mejin, who was pretty much held up the same way, except that she wasn't looking afraid or trembling one bit, the only thing he could point out was the concerned gaze she gave him. She seemed to know something he doesn't.

He turned his fierce gaze back to the grim smirking alpha who hadn't stopped staring at him. "Let them go." Hoseok found himself speaking rather calmly than angry.

"I thought you were never going to speak." The man spoke, crossing his leg over the other, his back relaxing further into the couch. "If you want me to release them, I want something in return."

"What do you want?"

"You."
