"Yeah... trapped," Jay chuckled...

...last chance Yoongi...

Yoongi’s mind raced as he calculated his options, but the room was filled with too many guns and too little cover. Jay had planned this well, likely with his father's approval. Yoongi cursed himself internally for letting his emotions get the better of him, but he didn't allow his expression to betray any fear or uncertainty.

"You’re smarter than I gave you credit for," Yoongi said, his tone biting, but it was clear he was speaking through gritted teeth.

Jay's grin widened, his confidence growing as he saw the predicament Yoongi was in. "I’ve learned from the best. But let’s not make this messier than it has to be. You see, Yoongi, I’m not your enemy—I’m just a businessman looking to make a fair deal."

Yoongi narrowed his eyes, refusing to let Jay see any sign of weakness. "A fair deal? With you holding all the cards? You must think I’m a fool."

Jay chuckled, taking a step closer but stopping just out of Yoongi's reach. "I think you’re a man who knows when he's been outplayed. And right now, Yoongi, you’re outnumbered and outgunned. So why don’t we sit down and have a chat like civilized alphas?"

Yoongi glanced around the room, assessing the situation again. He could take down Jay in a heartbeat, but not without getting shot in the process. The odds were against him, but that didn’t mean he was going to roll over and play dead.

"And what would this chat involve?" Yoongi asked, his voice laced with disdain.

Jay’s smile softened, though the triumph in his eyes remained. "It’s simple. You walk out of here alive, and in return, you give me what I want."

Yoongi raised an eyebrow, his expression hardening. "And what is it that you want, exactly?"

"The Jade," Jay replied, his voice dropping to a more serious tone. "I want Hoseok. You hand him over, and this little incident stays between us. No harm done."

Yoongi’s heart pounded in his chest, but his face remained a mask of cold indifference. "You know I can’t do that."

Jay’s eyes darkened, his smile vanishing. "Then you leave me no choice."

There was a sudden, sharp sound—the unmistakable click of a safety being switched off. Yoongi didn’t need to turn around to know that a gun was now pressed against the back of his head. He could feel the cold steel, the deadly promise it held.

"Last chance, Yoongi," Jay said, his voice calm, almost gentle. "Give me Hoseok, and you walk out of here. If not… well, it’s a shame to waste such potential, but I’ll do what I have to."

Yoongi’s mind raced through the possibilities, each one darker and more dangerous than the last. But one thing was clear: he wasn’t going to hand Hoseok over. Not now, not ever.

His silence was answer enough for Jay. The other alpha sighed, sounding almost disappointed. "You always were stubborn. It’s what made you so successful. But in the end, it’s also what’s going to get you killed."

Yoongi felt the gun press harder against his skull, his muscles tensing in anticipation. His options were limited, but he wasn’t out of the game yet. He had to buy himself some time, some way to turn the tables.

"You’re right about one thing," Yoongi said quietly, his voice barely above a whisper. "I am stubborn. And that’s why you’ll never break me."

With that, Yoongi made his move.
