And as they sat there,
wrapped up in each other,
Yoongi felt something shift within him
a sense of certainty that this was just the
beginning of something extraordinary.
Something real. Something worth fighting for...

...no please!... Yoongi!...
Hoseok didn't know how it happened. All he could remember was witnessing Yoongi being shot numerous times while he was being yanked away from the alpha. He was knocked out into darkness before he could do anything.
It was the next evening after they'd spent the previous day doing nothing. Yoongi was driving them to the airport when the sudden attack happened. They happened to run into a stop barrier cone, probably blown by breeze to the middle of the road. Yoongi had come out to take it off the road when a gun was suddenly pressed to his head. He acted quickly and fought back, instantly taking down the gunman without alarming the still oblivious omega inside the car.
But that was short lived. Numerous bullets were fired at him from different directions, and that was what got Hoseok's attention. He yanked open the door, running to the alpha, but was pulled back by his hair.
Hoseok felt himself being dragged away, his body still reeling from the shock of seeing Yoongi fall to the ground, blood spurting everywhere. He thrashed against the iron grip that held him, his vision blurred with tears and panic. His voice caught in his throat, unable to scream, to do anything but reach out helplessly toward the man who had promised to protect him.
"No, please! Yoongi!" Hoseok choked out, his nails digging into the arm of his captor, trying to pry himself free. But the man holding him was stronger, ruthless, and every time Hoseok struggled, he felt another harsh pull against his scalp, as if he were nothing more than a rag doll.
The world around him spun, and his ears rang with the sound of gunfire, shouts, and footsteps-chaos. He could barely process what was happening, but every instinct in him screamed to get back to Yoongi. He needed to be by his side; he had to know if he was still alive.
He had to know if the man he loved was still breathing.
He did try to fight back, but it was obvious that he was in no physical level with the monster dragging him. He was knocked out cold before he could even pull out a fist.
When he woke up, he met himself in a familiar looking cell, the smell of wet concrete and hot iron roof reminding him of where he was
THE SILO
He sat up quickly, wincing when his head pounded with intense pain, gaze going blur for a moment. He had to stay still to regain his steadiness, before scrambling to his feet, stumbling toward the metal door that separated him from the outside world. He pressed his ear against it, listening for any signs of movement. The silence was deafening, the only sound being his own ragged breathing and the faint drip of water from somewhere nearby. He felt along the walls, his fingers tracing over the rough, cracked surface, searching for anything-anything-that might help him escape.

Whatever miracle Taehyung performed to bring Yoongi back to life, had to be an entire course to be studied. He'd almost lost hope. The damages and blood loss were too much. Even when the surgery was completed, the alpha was in coma for two straight weeks.
Two fucking weeks and Hoseok's whereabouts was still not known.
Namjoon had started a search party for the omega the moment he got the distress call from an almost lifeless Yoongi. And till now, there seemed to be no progress. The only hint they were aware about was Hungjae's involvement in the omega's abduction.
Yoongi's eyes fluttered open for the first time in weeks, the world coming into focus slowly, like a hazy dream finally releasing its grip. The sterile white ceiling of the hospital greeted him, and the smell of antiseptic filled his nostrils, making him aware of the IVs attached to his arms and the bandages wrapped around his torso. His body ached, each breath sending a jolt of pain through him, but none of it compared to the emptiness in his heart.
Hoseok was missing.
"You're awake," came a familiar voice. Yoongi turned his head slowly, his eyes meeting Namjoon's tired but relieved gaze. Namjoon stepped closer, a hint of urgency in his voice, "You're lucky to be alive. Taehyung barely managed to pull you back."
"Where is he?" Yoongi's voice was barely above a whisper, rough and strained. "Where's Hoseok?"
Namjoon's expression faltered, his jaw clenching. "We're still searching, Yoongi. We've combed through every possible lead, but..." He took a breath, steadying himself. "We know Hungjae is involved. He's been one step ahead of us this entire time."
Yoongi's hand clenched into a fist, the IV tugging painfully at his skin, but he didn't care. All he could see was the memory of Hoseok being dragged away, terror in his eyes. It haunted him, burned into his mind like a brand. "I need to get out of here," Yoongi gritted out, attempting to push himself up, but the pain flared, and he fell back with a groan.
"You're not strong enough," Namjoon snapped, his tone harsh, but Yoongi saw the fear behind his eyes. "You'll tear your stitches. You need to rest-"
"I don't have time to rest," Yoongi snarled, anger giving him strength. "They have him, Namjoon! And if they hurt him-"
Namjoon grabbed Yoongi's shoulders, forcing him to look into his eyes. "We'll find him, Yoongi. I swear it. But you can't help him if you're dead."
Yoongi slumped back, panting, and for the first time, tears filled his eyes. "He's my omega, Namjoon. I promised to protect him. I should've-" His voice cracked, and he squeezed his eyes shut, fighting against the wave of hopelessness threatening to drown him.
Namjoon's grip softened, and he whispered, "Then fight to get better. That's how you can protect him now."

Hoseok's nails were broken, bloodied from clawing at the walls of the cell. He didn't know how long he'd been there-days, weeks? Time had blurred into an endless stretch of darkness and fear. Every time he tried to count, his thoughts would drift back to Yoongi, and he'd lose track again.
The cell he was in was a special one as the guards called it. Here he couldn't get in contact with other prisoners being held hostage. The only time he got to see someone was if a guard came in to drop his food, or if the monster himself came in.
Hungjae had been appearing just to taunt the omega, bringing back all the trauma he'd inflicted on him in the past, all in an attempt to tame him, make him weak and volunerable back again. Bringing back the twelve year old Hoseok that was afraid of everything...
