Hey! First things first, I don't support J.K. Rowling or her harmful views & actions about and towards other human beings. All rights (except for my OCs, Elwia, Irie, Poppy, and Min-Seo) still go to her, unfortunately.
The beginning might be a bit cringe sometimes, but is it really a Draco Malfoy slowburn/enemies to lovers if it doesn't make you cringe at some parts?😔😛😛
Secondly, here's a few things I'd like to say <3 Please read, it's important!!
1. This story is not canon-compliant, and there are quite a few changes I've made. But mainly, plotwise, I do follow the books and movies.
2. This story focuses on Elwia, her life, and character development. Yes, it's a Draco fanfic, but there's way more to it than just romance. I wanted to give my OC real depth :)
3. Fred and George are one year younger in this version. They're in seventh year, 17 years old, and turn 18 after Christmas.
4. There will be smut, but only in about five chapters or so. Too much of it ruins the vibe, imo.
5. This is enemies(ish) to lovers and a slow burn. But to be honest, timewise it is not that slowburn, but for the amount of chapters you have to read it is pretty slowburn.
6. Muggle technology does exist at Hogwarts in this story, but only vinyl players, radios, and hair straighteners, etc. No phones or TVs.
7. Please don't be a silent reader 🥺 I love hearing your thoughts and comments. They really motivate me, and personally, when reading fanfics, I always enjoy seeing what people think about different scenes.

9. English isn't my first language, but I'm doing my best! If you spot any grammar issues, feel free to point them out. I also don't use much UK slang since Elwia is from France (and because I don't know much British slang 😭).
Also, as of late, I've realised I have a love hate relationship with this book. This is my first "book" ever and I can easily see it from the grammar and the flow of certain sentences. Please don't expect a masterpiece for it is not...
I am writing a new fanfiction book right now and I can promise it will be much better ;) It is Marauders related and will be published some day this year.
Oh and I've been rereading some chapters and omg the amount of semicolons I used 😭 (I had just learnt what is was and wanted to abuse the living shit out of it). I'll probably rewrite the grammar in this story someday (prolly not), but I like to think the writing improves as it goes on (this is actually true, also there will be less cringeyness!)
Here is the list of trigger warnings:
- major character deaths
- alcohol and drug use/abuse
- sexual and physical abuse (not deep in details)
- sexual content / smut
- toxic relationships
- mentions of sh and suicide attempt
- mentions of torture
For the abuse and torture, I will try to remember putting a TW in the beginning of chapters that involve it, but for some other triggers, I tend not to do it as it can kind of spoil what will happen.
