A song for the chapter: Let You Break My Heart Again - Laufey

Elwia survived her exams surprisingly well even though she had barely revised for them. She got the best grades in potions, charms, and defence against the dark arts. Elwia barely passed Herbology, which, instead, was not a surprise at all.

On June 29th, Saturday, the second last full day at Hogwarts, Elwia woke up in Draco's bed with a satisfied smile. The night she shared with Draco had been amazing in many different ways.

When Elwia opened her eyes, she noticed Draco sitting on the edge of the bed. Although Draco tried his best to hide it, Elwia could sense that in the last weeks he had been stressed out of his mind. She always tried her best to comfort him through it.

"Morning, Draco," Elwia said while stretching, her body slightly sore.

Draco didn't answer; however, he did turn around and climb over to Elwia, hugging her tightly.

"It's going to happen tomorrow." Draco said in a low voice, slightly trembling.

"Okay." Elwia nodded and caressed Draco's back in circles.

"I love you," Draco whispered.

"I love you too." Elwia kissed Draco's hair.

Elwia was eating lunch, engaged in a conversation with Astoria and Pansy, with Theo and Blaise occasionally throwing a few comments here and there.

"Why's Potter walking towards us?" Adrian snorted.

"Ew," Blaise scowled as he put food in his mouth.

"Hey! He is not that bad." Irie laughed, sitting beside Pansy.

The two had been out since the beginning of June, and the sight of them always made Elwia smile. Everyone had accepted them with open arms, and besides, in the end, not a lot of people paid attention to who held hands with whom at Hogwarts. Everyone was too busy with their own problems.

"Oh, it must be me." Elwia chuckled, stood up from her seat, and walked up to her brother.

Harry was about to open his mouth, but Elwia was quicker to speak. "The galleon? Did Hermione manage to make it work?" Elwia asked in a low voice.

"Yes, and it's brilliant. We tried it out a couple of times, and we managed to fit up to ten words. Small font, though; couldn't read it without glasses." Harry smirked and sneakily handed Elwia two coins, one for her and one for Mattheo.

"No kidding, genius. Make sure to thank Hermione. She seriously needs appreciation for her brains." Elwia thanked and walked back to her seat. "Mattheo, heads up! Here's the galleon I owe you for losing that bet."

Mattheo looked up and took the galleon in his hand, looking confused at first, but quickly remembered the plan Elwia had spoken of a few days ago. "Cheers," he muttered and nodded his head.

"What bet did you lose?" Theo enquired with a smirk.

"Oh, nothing serious. Just a stupid small bet." Elwia brushed it off, smiling a little when Flora sat down next to her.

"You two are alright, then?" Flora whispered, glancing at Draco's hand on Elwia's thigh.

"Pipe down, would you?" Elwia blushed and nudged Flora gently.

"I assume you've told him by now. Or have you?" Flora asked, but something in her tone hinted that she already knew the answer.

"It came to my attention that he knew all along. Why do you ask?" Elwia raised her eyebrow, taking a sip out of her pumpkin juice.
