They were all standing with their jaws hanging, looking at the mermaid shaking Sanji.
The mermaid let Sanji go and turned her head to them.
She blinked a couple of times and didn't say anything, until...
"GAHHHH?! THAT SURPRISED ME! LOOK AT ALL THE HUMANS!", she screeched as she just realized other people were there.
Yushiro just deadpanned and slapped the air. "You should have noticed."
"Wh-What?", Luffy let out confused.
"We're the ones you should be surprised!!", Chopper stated as he stood in front of her.
The mermaid calmed down and smiled at them. "Thanks for saving me when I was about to be digested. I'm such an easy target for monsters.... That was about the twentieth time."
"You get eaten way too much!", Usopp matched Yushiro.
She put a finger on her chin and started thinking, muttering to herself. "I need to do something to thank you...", she brightened up. "I know!! Would you like some takoyaki?"
Luffy grinned and let his tongue hanging out. "Takoyaki?!! That's my favourite!!"
The mermaid got even closer to his face. "Really?! Okay, that'll be 500 Berries per person!"
"Erghhhh?!", Luffy and some others groaned.
"You trying to sell them?!", the starfish hit her comically on the head.
She just realized what she had said and put her hands on the sides of her head. "ARGHHH! I MESSED UP!!", she screeched.
Sanji started twirling around with hearts in his eyes. "Mermaid ~! Mermaid ~! Yes! The most admired of all races, the mermaid~! The jewel of the sea, mermaid~! And yes!! I got to meet one of them!!! She's so cute!! It's my first time meeting a mermaid!! Your name's Camie-chan?"
Yushiro raised an eyebrow at him. "Oi, it's not your first time. We met Kokoro-san back at Water 7, didn't we?"
As if lightning had striked him, he turned depressed in a matter of seconds and fell on his knees, muttering to himself.
"Thriller Bark? No, that doesn't scare me. It doesn't scare me! If you want to know what scared me most in my life, it was...."
"Ah.", Yushiro let out. "Oops."
Usopp panicked a little and tried to reassure Sanji. "Uh, Sanji! Pretend Yushiro didn't say that! It's your first time seeing a mermaid!"
