(Thorn's POV)

Father Hellios is my papa's half soul. Sabi ni mama, nawala na sana si Hellios lalo na nung muntik na mamat@y si papa. But somehow, he came back nung pagpanganak ni mama sakin.

Syempre lahat sila nagulat daw when my father appeared. Pero that's because my papa who is papa Hellion ay nahimatay during the process.

I guess papa got so scared non kaya siya nawalan ng malay. So, Father Hellios helped my mama during that time, siguro kailangan ni papa ng tulong kaya sumulpot si father.

Nagkakasundo naman sina papa and father sa pag-alaga sakin. Except sa part na nagbabangayan parin sila pag si mama na ang usapan.

I'm actually wondering kung sino ba talaga ang ama ng nakakabatang kapatid ko. Well, it doesn't matter to me dahil parehas naman sila ng kaluluwa.

I have two dad's which is weird pero he's still my papa's other soul. I call him father dahil sabay silang lilingon pag tinawag ko ang isa sakanila.

Father Hellios and Papa Hellion, hindi ko alam kung bakit siya sumulpot ulit pero it did make my mother happy. He does bother me a lot pero I feel at ease kasama siya.

Nung lumaki na ako, pinaintindi ni mama sakin kung sino silang dalawa. I still prefer my papa over my father but I do love them both. My father just annoys me so much.

Andito siguro sila para labanan yung monster na um-appear sa area dito. My father does the work here while my papa takes care of mama lalo na't may kapatid na ako.

Father usually guides the twins sa mga ganito kasi sila ang palaging nagha-hunt, they're faster lalo na't hybrid sila.

Nereida and Clayv works as defense pero minsan sumasama sila sa raid. They hate going out the island, may cut off ngang nangyayari sa pamilya ni Clayv but that was years ago.

"Time to head back! Tapos na rin naman kami dito kaya sabay na tayo." Sabi ni father so tumango nalang ako. Astral patted me in the head at nginitian naman ako ni Aurora.

A large owl appeared; it was lion. Siya ang transportation namin patungo sa isla. May barrier din kasi ang isla kaya walang makakapasok except samin.

My mother specifically made this just for us, malayo sa civilization at dito nakaramdam siya ng peace. Though my grandfather doesn't live here sa isla, he sometimes visits us dahil may access din siya.

Mama said may mga taong ninirahan don when the battle began sa Verdantide Kingdom.

Sabi niya mga tao niya raw nung prinsesa pa siya. But they were relocated sa Ember Solstice Kingdom kung saan tinanggap ni aunt Hellena ang mga tao ni mama.

I even heard papa got disowned for a year, well he wasn't disowned talaga dahil si aunt Hellena lang naman ang nagsabi non. She ranted about that to me years ago-

How my papa would go to such lengths for mama kahit madisown siya. My grandparents (Papa's side) didn't really say anything about disowning, actually mas supportive pa sila kay papa non.

They didn't want to get involve in such drama sa emperyo kaya hindi na sila nag interfere nung panahon na yon especially dahil may problema sila sa kingdom that time.

Hindi kasi lahat ng tao ay apektado sa battle nina mama non except sa sumali sa Grand Arcana Competition. If you think about it, less problematic ang Solstice Ember Kingdom that time.

"Nasa dagat parin ba si Nereida?" tanong ni Aurora kay Astral at tumango naman si Astral. Pupunta kana naman kay Clayv?" dagdag nitong tanong sa kambal.

"He makes me delicious coffee and I feel groggy without my coffee." Reklamo ng kambal niya at inirapan naman siya ni Aurora. Clayv and Astral seems close... hmm...

Pagdating namin sa isla ay napatigil muna ako at napatitig doon sa may maraming flowers. Her skeleton is still there, nakanganga at may bulaklak na sa skull at bibig.

This is where my mother k-lled Eris with her arcana. It took her 3 days bago namat@y dahil ang bagal tumubo ng mga bulaklak. There were vines as well and this is her tomb.

No one helped her and flowers started coming out of her mouth & eyes. Aurora told me na buhay pa si Eris during that time when flowers started growing in her eyes.

"Thorn! Andito kana pala, your mother's waiting for you sa may river." Bati ni papa sakin na dala dala ang kapatid kong si Theris. Theris Salve D'Ville is my younger brother.

3 months old at karga karga ni papa. "Pasensya kana at tinawag ka ulit niya Thorn, you know how she misses her eldest." Nakangiting sabi ni papa Hellion.

Nagmano na ako kay papa at pinisil ang pisngi ni Theris. He laughed so hard when I did that. I can't believe they decided to make another one pagkatapos kong mag 20.

"Akin na si Theris at Samahan mo si Thorn don kay Little princess." Sulpot ni father Hellios at kinuha si Theris. "Oh such a cutieeee mana sakin."

I suspiciously looked at father Hellios, sure na ba na hindi siya ang ama? Then again parehas nga lang sila ni papa. Papa's just so calm while Father's so energetic.

Father's genes aren't quite strong sakin. Nagmana ako kay mama, atsaka Theris kinda resembles papa dahil nasa kanya yung kulay ng mga mata ni papa.

My papa didn't bother him anymore at sinamahan na ako kay mama na nasa river. Mahilig siyang magstay doon dahil mas relaxing daw.

"Hays ang bilis mong lumaki, I didn't get to baby you well." Kumento ni papa sakin and I laughed. "I'm so happy na sa iyo ang genes ng ina mo, you look just like her."

They said I have my mother's looks pero nasa akin naman ang personality ni papa. But not the cold type, yung neutral lang kay mama at kay papa na personality.

When we arrived, napatitig na naman si papa kay mama na para bang na fall ulit. "Alam mo anak, I'd follow your mother wherever she goes." Napangiwi ako sa narinig, do you guys really think hindi ko naririnig yan everyday?

I sighed nalang, naalala ko nga nung time daw kahit anong utos ni mama sinusunod niya. She's sitting in a flower and her eyes covered.... She's blind.

They say I have her green eyes. But I didn't get to see it because she's blind. "Thorn, dear." Nakangiting bati ni mama sakin. I smiled at lumuhod sa harap niya. "How are you?"

"Ok lang po, ma. I helped grandpa again today." She leaned and kissed me on my cheeks. "You called while I'm helping grandpa, may sasabihin ka ba?"

"Smart as ever, mana ka talaga sa ama mo." She answered and smiled sweetly; she really does look like flower. "It's about the arcana."

The reason why she removed all the arcana is to have balance sa buong mundo, may discrimination kasi sa mga non-arcanist. The reason why may battle noon ay dahil lang din naman sa arcana.

Atsaka baka may delikado na namang arcanist ang mag manifest ng voice manipulation na arcana so she removed it. It may be selfish pero it's for our own good.

And now... "You will be the next holder of arcana." It's my turn to be the holder. Pagkatapos sabihin iyon ni mama, my father and papa appeared along with my younger sibling.

"Thorn, lead us well." My papa and father both said in unison.
