Chap 39- Days To Comes Pt. 2

"Guess we get to start our fun a little early, doll" Dabi said as you both descended some stairs, spotting Compress as he was cowering behind the railings. You knew what he was referring to, your stomach dropping at the idea of the video being released for everyone to see as you jumped over the railing to land behind Compress.

You walked up and smacked him on the back of the head; "the fuck are you doing?"

"Suddenly decided fighting isn't your style?" Dabi teased, Compress standing to look out over the crowd of heroes.

"I've just.. never seen Toga so relentless. Losing her composure isn't like her," Compress sighed. Your eyes could pick out Toga in the crowd, even in disguise, her speed and agility as she cut through numerous heroes made her easy to spot. Your heart clenched at the sight.

"We lost a family member, it's enough to make anyone go mad," you said, your fists tightening at your sides. Suddenly, the ground burst open as a giant hand came flying out, your eyes widening at the sight.

"Machia?" You breathed, his head coming through the hole in the ground as he turned around to look at you.

"Why is the beast awake?" Compress asked.

"You know what that means," Dabi said, a grin on his face.

Machia reached out, grabbing you and Compress before dropping you onto his back. Spinner was there as well, a naked Toga hiding behind a rock on his back. As Compress threw her a spare outfit, Dabi and Skeptic got dropped in as well. You all had to brace as Machia stood to his full length, his nose sniffing the air before he took off.

"Glad to see we're back together," you yelled over the wind, everyone nodding as Skeptic started panicking.

"But my duties are back there!" He yelled, Dabi's hand slapping over his mouth to shut him up. Machia's speed slightly slowed due to a hero with a giant quirk bracing herself to try and stop him, but to no avail as Machia continued his path.

Your heart was pounding, if Machia was up and moving, that meant Tomura was awake. But it was too early, wasn't it?

Machia made quick work of the hero in his way, tossing her off to the side as she slammed into the surrounding forest. Not soon after she was gone, another pair of heroes appeared at Machia's side.

You and Dabi seemed to have the same idea, him blasting fire at the heroes as you blasted your boiling water, clearing away one of them as the other seemingly flew into the air from losing the other hero that was carrying her. Compress tossed out some marbles, releasing them as bits from the broken down mansion clashed into her before she fell to the ground with them.

Machia was running at full speed, trampling everything in his path as you all held on with what you could. It didn't take long for the giant hero to make her reappearance, clinging onto the back of Machia in an attempt to slow him down again.

"We need to do something about this mammoth of a woman!" Spinner called out as he looked over Machia's back.

"That ain't happening," you said as you sat down. "Nothing can stop this beast, don't worry about her."

Almost like a jinx, suddenly Machia stopped and started sinking, everyone on his back getting thrown around as he collapsed.

"Nothing can stop him alright," Spinner said mockingly when you all caught your footing.

"Shut it!" You shouted, leaning over Machia at the ground below.

"A whole troop of UA students?" Compress questioned.

"What the fuck," you breathed, taking in Machia's body stuck in the ground as a bunch of kids hustled around him. Students started climbing his right arm, catching you all off guard as beams of lights started firing into the air. Dabi quickly shoved you in front of him, his body protecting you, as he turned around to blast flames at another kid.
