ALORA

"What? You won't be here till night?" I asked, hiding my happiness.

"Enzo and I are going to a place where we have some work to deal with. So we might come late." Carlo answered instead, focusing on his breakfast.

"Okay..." As I was about to get a little excited, Enzo glanced at me suspiciously and I paused. "Oh."

Finishing their breakfast, everybody got up from their seats, walking out while leaving me and Enzo in silence.

"You seem happy after hearing that I won't be here all day." I blinked, trying to look normal.

"That's not-no, I was just-"

Before I could finish my sentence, he smoothly pulled my chair towards his own until they linked together.

A gasp released from my mouth without any invitation. I stared at his face, my eyes widened while so many thoughts started to pop up in my head.

Honestly, my heart skipped a beat when he did that.

"Even if I go miles away from you, still you will be the closest to me. Just like right now." His eyes are sparkling.

Is he trying to scare me so that I don't do anything restricted?

What can I say?

I love to break rules.

When Enzo and Carlo left for their work, I immediately called Stella and asked if she wanted to hangout so we all would enjoy it together.

Then Rome insisted on going to a club as he says he knows the best club to have fun. Stella and Max agreed to go there and so did I.

Just like that, here we are in a crowd at the club. There are so many young girls, men, VIP people are present like yeah- they are just here to have fun.

"Alora, are you enjoying it?" Stella shouted, moving her stunning and perfect body.

The music is so loud that we don't have any option but to talk to each other while shouting.

"We are not even doing anything!" I shouted back in her ear.

Okay. Stella was dancing, enjoying her surroundings. It was me who wasn't able to get along with the party vibes.

"Let's dance then." She said, taking my hand to spin me, after that she pulled me and swayed my body according to her.

After a while, she signalled me to follow her to the drinking counter. We were passing through the crowd and finally got ourselves out of them.

As I was walking beside her suddenly someone pushed my shoulder- or can say hit my shoulder with his while passing beside me.

The hit pushed me a little and I stumbled on my feet. Stella immediately held me from behind and shot a glare at the man's direction.

"You okay, Alora?" I nodded with a convincing smile.

I glanced at the man and took in his whole attitude. For a second, my eyes shifted on the piece of cloth covering his hands and then averted back to his physical features. I couldn't see his face clearly.

Weird...I would say. And creepy too.

"Hey, freak, can't you see people?!" She yelled at his back but he didn't even turn back and continued to go into the crowd.

"Come on."

We went to the drink counter where men were standing with their brightest smiles.

Stella ordered a glass of fresh juice for me as I told her I won't drink. She grabbed a glass of vodka and chugged down all of it in one breath.
