ALORA

Never did I ever think that I would be this much anxious before meeting someone.

And unexpectedly, the fever I had a day before is now completely gone. Because of the care I got from Enzo and my brothers. They all took good care of me the whole time and got relieved only when I was completely fine.

The gift that I brought in the mall that day, I decided to keep that in my backpack so nobody- including the person who will be its owner soon- can see it or know about it.

Even Stella doesn't know about that gift because I made sure to buy it only when she wasn't around me at that moment.

I will give it to its actual, real owner when the right time comes.

The day has already come. Meeting Enzo's parents- not like that... I mean like for the first time meeting the boss and his wife whom people respectfully address as the Queen.

That information was given by Max. He told me that like Enzo's Dad, his Mom is also very well known to the underworld.

And I guess that's why I am so anxious right now.

This will be our first encounter.

The first time I will be meeting the Ferrante Family.

I can't help but feel like a nervous kid who is going to meet her- I hope so- her soon to be boyfriend's parents for the first time.

I shouldn't address him like that, should I?

But then who cares? It's all in my mind.

The Ferrante mansion is hugely royal by its length and width, the architect and its background location, the garden filling around the mansion giving a real feeling of nature and all of it combined makes it look like a palace.

Like a real royal palace.

As if it's not just an architecture but a living being. Because the surrounding atmosphere is so surreal to show this giant mansion as non living space.

To be honest, Enzo's mansion is also huge and beautifully architectural but in comparison to this one... that mansion will look like a small child.

"Let's get inside." Enzo's voice pulled me back from my thoughts of awe.

All of us came in particular cars. So as they parked their respective cars, they gestured to head inside.

Entering into the mansion, the first thing my eyes fell on is, well the ceiling. It was beautifully hand painted, it looks hand painted to me... the designs on the ceiling are giving a performing show before stepping further.

Now I have to admit that this is really something beyond imagination.

I don't remember when the party day is being held but we seem to come a few days earlier.

All the men, including the giant bodyguards present in the gateway lowered their heads to Enzo showing deserving respect and he nodded his in return and told me to walk forward.

"The feeling of coming back here is still the same." Max smiled as he seemed to think about their old days.

Before coming here they already mentioned their every coming over in this mansion, watching matches together and all that, and that after joining the mafia position that phase of their life ended.

"You guys must be very happy." I smiled at their excited expressions.

"Absolutely." From my side Enzo chuckled lightly.
