ALORA
Through the window of the room that I got in this mansion, I saw a group of giant muscular bodyguards roaming around the main gate to the huge garden while divided into three parts. I have no more curiosity about them like on my first day here as I thought then why would there be so many men, but now I know the answer myself.
All these arrangements, and security are only for the Queen. The boss wants the love of his life to stay safe and secure from the harmful world.
Let that aside, the first day Stella came here, we watched a movie while in between we fell asleep for some time then we woke up, we started to play with the pillows, attacking each other. I remember the sound of our natural laughter, giggles and the scene of happiness spread all across the room.
I really feel good after coming here. Well, I don't know the exact date of when the party will be held- I didn't bother to ask anyone, but yet I am enjoying it. Every next day, happiness increases whether with Love or with everyone else.
"How is this one?" Stella's voice pulled me back from my thoughts and I immediately turned to look at her.
Finding her holding a dress in one hand while the other held a pair of heels; she asked me with sparkling eyes, I nodded my head rapidly.
"Nice." I smiled softly. "You will look amazing in this dress."
She furrowed her eyebrows, "I am choosing this dress for you."
"For me?"
All of a sudden, Enzo arrived into the room without knocking or making any sound of his arrival. I was startled by his sudden appearance.
Stella glared at him and murmured something under her breath but it seemed he must have heard her because then he just rolled his eyes at her.
"What is this behaviour, Enzo?" I frowned, getting up from the bed, stepping towards him. "You should knock first before entering into a girl's room."
I tried to make him realise his mistake with utmost gentleness. What more can I do than that, right? When someone makes a mistake, we can only try to change their habits- it's them who intend to change themselves and actually do it.
From the side, Stella scoffed in a mocking way and both of us turned our heads in her direction at the same time. Stella dropped the dress she was holding and sat down with her legs crossed.
"I am sorry for that." Enzo said to no one in particular. "Well, what is going on here?"
"Nothing much." I lifted my shoulder. "Stella is just helping me choose a dress for the party."
"She is choosing your dress?" Enzo asked in an almost whisper tone, pointing his finger at Stella who is now intensely gazing at his finger as if she will surely break it if he continues pointing at her.
I stayed silent.
"Yes, Enzo. I am choosing the dress for her. Do you have a problem with that?" I can hear her unspoken words too.
"Well, you shouldn't... it's a girl's business so keep your nose out of it. Yeah?" She showed him a fake tight smile.
"Let me decide whether I would poke my nose in her business or not." Enzo mirrored the same fake tight smile.
Okay. In one way I like the way he said that he would poke his nose in my business like what?! God, I am so happy right now after hearing those words. He does want to get himself in my business.
That's a win.
While in other ways, I am afraid if they might start a fight right before the party- if it happens then I won't be able to enjoy it. But wait- have they ever really gotten into a fight?
