A few days later, the school was buzzing with excitement as results for various clubs were posted on the main bulletin board. Among the crowd of eager students, Jeonghan and Seungcheol stood off to the side, casually holding hands as they watched the scene unfold. The excitement in the air was contagious, and Seungcheol couldn't help but smile as he saw how animated everyone was.
Just then, Mingyu came running up to them, out of breath but grinning from ear to ear. "Guys! Did you hear? Hansol and Seungkwan both made it into the theater club!"
Jeonghan's eyes lit up. "No way! That's amazing!" He turned to Seungcheol with a playful grin. "Looks like Seungkwan's going to be spending a lot more time with Hansol now."
Seungcheol chuckled, shaking his head. "I bet Seungkwan's over the moon."
As if on cue, Seungkwan appeared, practically bouncing with excitement, with Hansol walking beside him looking just as pleased. Seungkwan's eyes found Jeonghan and Seungcheol, and he waved enthusiastically. "Did you guys hear?! We both got in!"
Jeonghan laughed, pulling Seungkwan into a quick hug. "We heard. Congrats, Seungkwan! That's incredible."
Seungkwan beamed, the joy radiating off him. "I've been wanting this for so long, and now—I'm in! And with Hansol, too!"
Hansol gave a more modest smile but looked equally happy. "Yeah, it's going to be fun. I guess you'll be seeing us a lot more on stage."
Mingyu clapped Hansol on the back, grinning. "You guys are going to kill it. I can already see it."
Seungkwan, buzzing with excitement, looked over at Hansol and then back at Jeonghan and Seungcheol. "We should celebrate! How about we all hang out later, maybe grab something to eat?"
Jeonghan and Seungcheol exchanged a glance, both smiling. "Sounds like a plan," Seungcheol said, nodding. "I think we could all use a break."
The group agreed, the mood light and carefree as they chatted about their plans for the evening. But as Jeonghan looked around at his friends, a sense of peace settled over him. Even with the lingering worry about Jaehyun in the back of his mind, moments like this reminded him that things were starting to fall into place—Seungcheol, his friends, the little joys they shared.
And seeing Seungkwan so happy, especially with Hansol by his side, made Jeonghan feel like things were heading in the right direction for everyone. The future, uncertain as it was, didn't seem quite so scary anymore.

As the day went on and excitement buzzed in the air about the theater club auditions, Seungkwan couldn't shake the thought that had been running through his mind since he heard they were both cast. He and Hansol had been friends for a while now, but the idea of being on stage together in a romantic role sent butterflies fluttering in his stomach.
During lunch, as they sat with Jeonghan and Seungcheol, Seungkwan found himself stealing glances at Hansol, who was animatedly discussing their potential upcoming performances. Hansol's enthusiasm was infectious, and Seungkwan felt a smile tugging at his lips, but he also felt a nagging worry lurking in the back of his mind.
What if they cast me in a romance role with Hansol? The thought both thrilled and terrified him. He had already confessed his feelings to Hansol, but performing in a romantic scene would take their friendship to a whole new level. Would it change everything? Would it be awkward? Or could it bring them closer together?
"Hansol," Seungkwan started, hesitating slightly as he tried to find the right words. "What kind of roles do you think we'll get?" He could feel his heart racing as he spoke, anxiously anticipating Hansol's reply.
