The next morning, Seungcheol and Jeonghan set off on a journey across Seoul, hoping to rediscover memories from their high school days together. Jeonghan was a little nervous but felt comforted by Seungcheol's steady presence. He could tell this day meant a lot to Seungcheol, and he wanted to give it his best, even if only fragments of the past came back to him.

Their first stop was a convenience store on a quiet street, tucked away from the busier parts of the city. Seungcheol guided Jeonghan inside, and the familiar warmth of the place wrapped around them immediately. The café was exactly as Seungcheol remembered—soft lighting, mismatched chairs, and that comforting smell of fresh coffee that seemed to seep into the walls.

"This place," Seungcheol said with a smile, "was our little hideout. We used to come here all the time after school, just to unwind and talk."

Jeonghan scanned the room, observing each detail as if it might spark something within him. He could almost picture it: the two of them sitting by the window, laughter and whispered conversations filling the air between them. They slid into the familiar booth, ordering their usuals from high school—Seungcheol's iced Americano and Jeonghan's caramel latte. As Jeonghan took a sip, he felt a faint sense of nostalgia, like a melody he couldn't quite place.

"I don't remember everything," Jeonghan admitted softly, "but this place feels... right. I can almost picture us here."

Seungcheol's eyes softened, and he reached across the table to give Jeonghan's hand a gentle squeeze. "That's all that matters to me, Han. Just that you can feel it."

They lingered in the convenience store for a while, basking in the easy comfort of each other's company. It didn't matter if Jeonghan couldn't recall every detail; the warmth they shared now was enough.

After leaving the convenience store, Seungcheol led Jeonghan to the park where they used to hang out with their friends. The park was bustling with families and couples, laughter filling the air. They walked down a familiar path until they reached an old, wooden bench under a sprawling tree. Seungcheol motioned for Jeonghan to sit, and he joined him, memories flooding back as he gestured to different spots around the park.

"This was where we all used to gather after school," Seungcheol explained, a soft smile playing on his lips. "We'd bring snacks, or sometimes just lounge around, talking about everything and nothing. We even stayed here until sunset a few times, watching the sky change colors."

Jeonghan closed his eyes and tried to imagine it—the laughter, the voices of his friends, the simple joy of being young and free. He felt a gentle tug in his heart, like a faint whisper from a distant dream. It wasn't a full memory, but it was something.

"Did we ever stay until it got dark?" Jeonghan asked, his voice quiet.

"All the time," Seungcheol replied with a chuckle. "One time, we all ended up falling asleep on these benches. I remember you curled up right here." He pointed to the spot where Jeonghan was sitting. "You complained the next day about how sore you were, but I knew you secretly loved it."

A small smile tugged at Jeonghan's lips. "I think I would have loved that."

They spent some time just sitting in the park, watching the people around them and enjoying the peacefulness of the moment. As they walked on, Seungcheol shared more stories, filling in the blanks for Jeonghan. He pointed out places where they'd shared moments with friends, and Jeonghan listened intently, piecing together what he could.

Their next stop was an arcade they used to visit after school. As they stepped inside, the sound of cheerful chimes and clinking coins surrounded them, pulling Jeonghan into a world of color and nostalgia. The arcade was filled with teenagers and families, just as it had been years ago.
