Alethea's POV:

We all began to back away, the reality of our situation pressing down on us like an impending storm. I glanced over my shoulder, heart racing, as I realized we were precariously teetering on the edge of a steep cliff. The abyss below loomed, dark and foreboding, ready to swallow us whole at any moment. My breath hitched in my throat as I turned back to face the monstrous figures advancing toward us, each one more menacing than the last.

"By my count, we'll have to take about ten monsters apiece," Tecna said, her analytical gaze sharp and focused. I raised an eyebrow, skepticism creeping in. How could we possibly defeat even one of those beasts in our current state?

"Uh..." Bloom trailed off, her voice uncertain. "Ten isn't that bad, right?"

"Yeah, if we had our powers," I pointed out gently, my frustration simmering beneath the surface. Bloom offered me a sheepish smile, but I could see the worry in her eyes.

"Everyone with Charmix should fly out of here and save themselves!" Flora interjected, her voice tinged with urgency.

"No!" I protested immediately, shooting her a look of disbelief. "Absolutely not!"

Stella nodded firmly in agreement. "Fairies don't abandon their friends!"

"We won't leave you either!" Nixie chimed in,

"All for one means Pixies too, you know," Amore pointed out, a fierce determination etched on her small face.

"Hold on, I've got a really good idea," Timmy exclaimed, his eyes brightening with hope. My heart leaped a little, sharing his optimism. "Riven knows the way out of these invisible traps, right?"

"And the monsters don't..." I concluded, realization dawning on me like the first light of dawn breaking through the darkness. A flicker of hope ignited among us as the plan took shape.

"That could work!" Tecna's smile widened, and she gave her boyfriend a thumbs up.

"Follow me!" Riven commanded, already sprinting ahead. We wasted no time, chasing after him with a shared sense of urgency.

"Charliehorse to poetman, code 19," Timmy shouted into his gadget, the distraction eliciting exasperated looks from the rest of us.

"Timmy!" Tecna exclaimed, clearly frustrated. "There's no time for gadgets—come on, hurry!"

We rushed toward where the Witches wanted us, Riven's voice cutting through the chaos. "Okay, listen up! If we can navigate to the central areas of the traps without tripping any, the monsters will follow us and get caught in the nets. Let's split up and make our stand over there, over there, over there, and over there!"
