Alethea's POV:
As the ship began its descent, a quiet anticipation stirred within me. The familiar silhouette of Alfea appeared on the horizon. The sight of the school filled me with a gentle sense of nostalgia, and a small smile tugged at my lips. The thought of reuniting with my friends warmed my heart.
"We're almost home," I said softly, the words more for myself than anyone else.
The ship landed smoothly in Alfea's courtyard, and the platform lowered with a gentle hum. One by one, we stepped off, our feet meeting the familiar ground.
"Bloom, what's up, girl?"
"We did it!"
"You guys are amazing!"
"We made it!"
"I'm so glad to see you all," I smiled softly, my heart swelling with affection as I took in their familiar faces.
My eyes lit up at the sight of Flora, Musa, and Tecna. The Pixies hovered close behind me, their tiny wings humming softly as they took in the vastness of Alfea. The moment my feet touched the ground, I quickened my pace, closing the distance between me and my friends. I wrapped my arms around them gently, and they returned the embrace with equal warmth. We held each other for a moment.
"We missed you all so much," Flora whispered, her voice full of emotion as she squeezed me a little tighter.
I pulled back slightly, offering them a soft smile and they returned my smile with affection. Then, their gazes shifted to the small figures hovering behind me, their expressions turning curious.
"Who are they?" Musa asked, her tone gentle.
I turned to the Pixies, who were hovering just behind me, and gave them a small, encouraging nod. "These are the Pixies," I introduced quietly, giving my friends a reassuring smile.
At my introduction, the Pixies flew past me, zipping around my friends with excited energy. I couldn't help but chuckle softly at their enthusiasm.
Tecna's eyes widened as she focused on a tiny, tech-savvy Pixie who had just flown up to her. "Is that... an actual Pixie? Fascinating!" She adjusted her glasses, staring at Digit with wide-eyed wonder. "How adorable!"
Aisha, who had been quietly observing, smiled and gestured to the Pixie. "Tecna, meet Digit."
Musa, who had been watching the interaction with amusement, found herself face-to-face with another Pixie. "My name's Tune, the Pixie of manners," Tune introduced herself with a prim and proper tone. "I love your hairstyle; it's so... unique."
Musa's eyebrows shot up in surprise before she broke into a warm grin. "Thanks! It's kind of my signature look."
Meanwhile, Flora was already in conversation with a hyperactive Pixie who was bombarding her with questions. "So your name's Flora! Do you have a boyfriend? I bet you do! What's his name? Is he a big-time cutie?" Chatta rambled, her energy seemingly boundless.
