Alethea's POV:

"I hate this," Bloom complained, the rain pouring down around her like an uninvited guest. A small gray cloud hovered a few centimeters above her head, and she looked utterly miserable. We were currently stuck in Professor Palladium's class, out in the courtyard.

"Bloom's right, Professor," I agreed gently, glancing at the cloud that seemed to take pleasure in tormenting her. "This is a mess."

Musa clasped her hands together, a mischievous glint in her eyes. She flashed the Professor a cheeky smile, fully aware of our predicament. "And that was it for our presentation."

"Hope you learned at least something from it," I added playfully, bowing dramatically as if we were in a theatrical performance. But then my expression shifted to something more sincere. "Actually, I hope not. The only thing you probably learned is how to make things worse."

"A spell cast on that tiny cloud should barely cause a problem if it's done right," Professor Palladium lectured Bloom, but I could see she wasn't paying attention at all. Her focus was lost in the dreary downpour.

Suddenly, Stella snapped her fingers, and a bright beam of light shone down on Bloom, momentarily illuminating her drenched form. I waved my hand, willing the cloud to vanish, and to my surprise, it dissipated into nothingness. "At least it made your hairstyle better,"

"This term is too hard," Bloom scoffed, crossing her arms defiantly, her frustration palpable. It stung to see her so defeated over what should have been a simple spell.

Palladium cleared his throat, drawing our attention back. "We will continue this next week. Remember, this will count as one-quarter of your grade." With that, he dismissed class, and we shuffled away, the mood heavy.

"I'm meeting Sky's parents today," Bloom sighed, turning to Flora and me as we waited for her. "I'm nervous."

"Trust me, Bloom, they will love you," I tried to assure her softly, though I knew my words probably wouldn't ease her nerves. Meeting a boyfriend's parents is nerve-racking enough, and I could only imagine how she felt.

Bloom flashed me a grateful smile. "Not doubting your trust for a second."

"And you have me and Flora by your side," I pointed out, hoping to provide her with a little more confidence.

"So, are you ready to go?" Flora asked, but before Bloom could respond, the Pixies flitted up to us, their wings sparkling.

"Go where?" Lockette questioned, her curious eyes darting between us.

"To Eraklyon, silly," Bloom laughed, a spark of excitement breaking through her anxiety. "Don't you remember? Sky is going to introduce me to his parents."
