Alethea's POV:

"I've tried every possible way to get in touch with Aisha, but nothing's working." Tecna's brow furrowed as she typed furiously on her laptop, the glow of the screen highlighting her frustration.

I stood quietly behind her in Musa and Tecna's room, my hands clasped together as I anxiously watched the screen, hoping for any sign that Aisha was okay. The glaring red error message confirmed the worst: no news. My stomach tightened with worry.

Leaning slightly against the back of Tecna's chair, I spoke softly, "Do you think Palladium's location spells might help? Maybe there's still a way to track her."

Before Tecna could respond, Stella swept into the room, though her usual brightness seemed dimmed by concern. "Still no news from Aisha?" Her voice was quieter than usual, lacking its usual spark.

I shook my head, offering her a small smile, though it felt strained. "Nothing yet." My voice echoed the weight of the situation. With a sigh, I left the room and sank onto the couch in the dorm's lounge, tucking my legs under me.

Flora appeared moments later, her soft, caring eyes filled with worry as she sat beside me. "Musa and I didn't have any luck either," she admitted, her voice barely above a whisper. "It's like she's vanished without a trace."

Bloom, who had been pacing restlessly, stopped and rubbed her temples. "I'm really starting to worry. It's not like Aisha to just disappear like this."

Trying to lift the mood, Stella half-heartedly chimed in, "She's probably just busy." She glanced at Kiko, who was digging into one of her boxes. "Shoo, Kiko!" she said, her voice filled with annoyance, though it was clear her mind was elsewhere. She tried again, more upbeat this time. "Besides, she wouldn't miss the biggest party of the year!"

I couldn't help but raise an eyebrow at that. "What party? My birthday's not until next month." I teased, hoping a bit of lightness would break the tension.

Stella crossed her arms, narrowing her eyes. "I'm not talking about your birthday!" But then, seeing my small smirk, realization hit. "Wait... was that a joke?"

Laughing softly, I tossed a pillow at her. "Lighten up, Stella."

Stella grumbled, though she couldn't hide her grin. "Don't mess with me like that!" She tossed the pillow back, and for a moment, things felt almost normal again.

Before I could say anything more, one of Stella's boxes burst open, and out flew Kiko, followed by the Fairy pets. Stella let out an exasperated groan. "I told you—no pets at the ball!" She huffed and turned back to us, her usual dramatic flair returning. "Alright, darlings, it's time! Let's travel light this time—no more packing disasters!"
