I can understand why Kevin thought of things the way he did.
Many of the words he said are the exact same words my grandpa said to me a while back. My grandpa isn't in the truth. It's the way the world thinks, that people will gain knowledge and wisdom through their experiences. And that pain makes you stronger.
At what cost? That is the question my grandpa didn't want to answer. But at least I know Kevin sees it. (He's acknowledged it).
The day they humble themselves and recognize Jehovah's ways are better than their own, that's the day they will submit to Jehovah and understand how wrong their thinking was. I'm not sure if my grandpa ever will, but I know Kevin will.
