I am SO SO sorry for the late chapter. I've been too damn busy with finishing high school and my hobbies, but I guarantee you that the next two epilogue chapters will come out before the end of this year!

Hopefully...

3rd POV

It was a rather inconspicuous morning on Patch. There was a new buzz of air traffic near Signal as the UN was finally moving from a militarized economy and society into a new era of peace.

Where Grimm would stalk the forests, normal animals and critters now ventured. Where Huntsmen and Huntresses had to stand watch and guard, the United Nations Space Command had revived their Army. Where settlements ran the risk of being snuffed out, they began to thrive as the new United Nations of Remnant entered a golden age never before seen.

Back to Patch, specifically the Rose-Xiao-Long homestead, a motorcycle would slowly pull into the shed out back. After having put the vehicle up and closing the shed, Yang and Perth would walk hand-in-hand as they made their way around the house. By far, one of the most peculiar things about the couple was the new Oath Rings on their fingers as they walked, indicating that the fully human one had proposed to her warship.

The destroyer walked with a smile brighter than ever as he carried a bag of groceries in his other arm. "Gosh, how did I get so lucky..."

"Don't get all sappy now, Roo! You can cry at the wedding!" Yang would grin from ear-to-ear as she looked down at her soon-to-be husband. She couldn't help but share his sentiment, wondering why it was her who got lucky enough to be engaged to the man she traveled and saved the world with.

Perth softly laughed and shook his head, his kangaroo ears bouncing a bit. He would climb the brief steps of the porch and open the door, allowing his soon-to-be wife to enter. "What's Tai and Summer makin'?"

"Oh, mom said it was a surprise!" Yang paused about halfway through the doorway, reaching a hand out to ruffle her man's hair, relishing the feeling of having her hand between his kangaroo ears. "Rubes and Val are also helping get dinner prepped, I think."

"Oh? Are they actually helping, or are they flirting in the dining room?" Perth playfully shook his head as he stared up at her lilac eyes, both looking at each other with love and adoration.

Yang pretended to ponder his question, already knowing the answer. "Definitely flirting." She snickered and finally entered the house.

Perth would follow shortly after, listening to the sounds of movement and voices coming from the kitchen on the other side of the living room. As the door shut behind them, Yang and Perth would be eagerly greeted by Zwei, who had raced to see the blonde upon their return.

The blonde would eagerly relieve the just as eager dog, crouching down and petting him. Her hands would scratch behind his ears as she looked up, her attention shifting onto Perth. The kangaroo boy would continue past her, his kangaroo tail hovering above the ground as per usual, and make his way toward the kitchen.

He would peak inside, his fuzzy kangaroo ears perking up and twitching as his head stuck through the doorway. He could see Summer and Taiyang moving about in the kitchen, getting lunch ready for them, their daughters, and their sons-in-laws. A smile would grace his face as he then turned to look at Ruby and Valorous, watching as they would continue to casually converse and flirt as if they were still at Beacon despite the fact the two were engaged now.

Perth shook his head with an amused scoff as he entered the kitchen, making his way over to the counter to deliver the groceries he and Yang had been asked to retrieve.
