My Other Half *1st book of the Other Half Trilogy*

~ Ch. 18 ~

                                           Ahsoka's POV

    Lux pulled us up in front of Karablast and we got off his Speeder. "Dancing! Oh Lux, you know me so well Bro." I said, laughing. "Well I do know you that well Sis. But, that's not the only reason that I brought you here. Turn around." he said. I turned around and saw our band aka our best friends! I squealed along with Mondora as we hugged, she is a light green Twi'lek and her tail markings are a dim white. Next I hugged Kasto, he is a Zabrak, his main skin color is a dim yellow and his markings are a dark brown and his eyes are gold, he has a few dark brown horns on the top of his head, he's the muscle in our group, he looks really intimidating but, he's a big softy, only around our group though. I'm actually really close to him, more than the others. Then I got a small group hug from the Cathar twins. There's the brother, Midux Rim and his sister, Diwos Rim, they look almost the same. Miduxs' skin is more light orange-ish yellow, Diwos' skin is a darker orange. Midux has short light orange hair and Diwos has long redish orange hair that goes to the end of her shoulder blades. They complain a lot about their tails, due to the fact that they seem to have a mind of their own. Oh, and we are all 18. We met each other through our parents. You see their parents are all the High Officials of their planets, and we made an Alliance with all of them when we were all six and that's how we met.

    So, let me explain everybody's position in the band. I sing, obviously, and play Piano. Diwos plays Rhythm Guitar. Lux plays Lead Guitar. Midux plays Bass. Kasto plays drums and he has a deep singing voice so when we do duets, we sing together. Mondora does back-up vocals and plays Electric Keyboard. Basically when you put us together. It's going to be mayhem and a ton of fun!

    "So what's the occasion? Lux only told us that when you left you were training to be a Jedi!" Diwos said. "Oh, did he?" I said, glancing at Lux. "They threatened to tickle me if I didn't tell them where you disappeared to!" Lux said, throwing his hands up in defeat. "By the way.....what is this? Oh my did you find your other Half?!" Mondora asked, excitedly, looking at my arm that now has a tattoo. "Yeah, I did." I said. Mondora and Diwos squealed in excitement. "Spill! Who is he?!" Diwos asked. I laughed at their excitement. "His name is Anakin and he's Human. He's also a Jedi." I said. "Can two Jedi be together? I thought there was a rule against that?" Midux asked. Diwos and Mondora hit his arm and I rolled my eyes. "You idiot! Did you never pay attention in school? Jedi now can be together, because, due to the Clone Wars, their are very few of them now." Diwos said. "Ow! Okay! Okay! Sheesh! Ashoka! Help me!" Midux pleaded, I laughed lightly. "Okay guys, I think he learned his lesson." I said. "Oh that reminds me! Everybody huddle up, because this is secretive!" I whispered and we all huddled. I couldn't contain my excitement any longer. "Guess who's going to be a Mom!" I said, smiling. Mondora and Diwos squealed again and hugged me. "This is cause for celebration!" Kasto said. "Yes! Let's celebrate!" Lux said, taking my hand again and we all went inside Karablast.

    We all sat at the bar and I called Conan over. "Hey Ahsoka! Lux! Who are your friends?" Conan asked. "Meet the rest of our band!" I said. I started pointing as I rounded off their names. "This is Kasto, Mondora, and the twins Diwos and Midux Rim." I said. They all said hello. "Well, any friend of Ahsoka and Lux is a friend of mine! Your always welcome to Karablast." Conan smiled and shook their hands. "Would you like to perform? The stage is free." Conan said, pretty much begging us to play. "Come on guys! What's a party without music? Even if we are the ones making it!" Lux said. We all looked at each other and smiled excitedly. "I'll go and announce you guys. Do you have a band name?" Conan asked, as he stepped out of the bar. "We are called The Krazy Cast." Mondora said. Conan nodded and we followed him up to the stage.

    "Hey everybody! Guess who's back and they got their whole band together?!" Conan said. Everyone looked up and recognized me and Lux and started to cheer. Conan gave me the microphone and I waved and they all quieted back down. "So hey guys! We're glad to be back! And we got the band with us! Let me introduce you! So on Electric Keyboard we have Mondora." Everyone clapped and she waved. "On Bass, we have one of the Twins, Midux."  everyone clapped again and he waved. "In the back on Drums we have my close, and very tough friend, Kasto!" I said, everyone clapped again and he waved. "And over here we have the other Twin, Diwos on Rhythm Guitar and lastly, you all know him. Lux!" I said, everyone clapped and got quiet again. "Track eight." Kasto mouthed, I nodded and turned back to the ground. "We are The Krazy Cast!" I said, cueing the others to start playing.
