~ Ch. 17 ~

                                             Anakin's POV

    I just asked Master Obi-wan if he could help me look for Ahsoka when I heard running down the hall. I turned around and Lux ran right past us. "Well, that can't be good." Master Obi-wan said. "No, it can't. And I'm betting that it has something to do with AHOSKA!" I said, realization that something was wrong with her hit me before I finished that sentence and I took off to our room. Master Obi-wan right behind me. I opened the door and looked around. I saw that the bathroom door was opened and I walked in and saw Ahsoka, leaning over the toilet. I went over to her and drew small circles on her back and she sat back down. "Are you sick? How do you feel?" I asked her. Before she could answer me, Lux and Mrs. Bonterri came back and Mrs. Bonterri came over to Ahsoka. "I need to talk to my daughter alone." she said to me. I stood up and shut the door behind me. I went over to Lux.

    "What happened to her? When did this start? How long has she been like this?" I asked him. "I don't know what happened. I think she ate something bad, I guess. We were just talking and next thing I know is that she ran towards the bathroom and that's when she told me to get our Mother." Lux said. "Is there a Jedi Healer with you?" Mrs. Bonterri came out of the bathroom, she seemed in distress over the situation. "Master, is Master Shaak Ti a Healer?" I asked him. "Yes, she is. I shall go find her, you stay here with Ahsoka." Master Obi-wan said then left, running out of the room. "What happened?" I asked Mrs. Bonterri. "Please, can you come move her to the bed or couch? She fainted." she said. This can't be good, what's wrong with Ahsoka? I went into the bathroom and picked her up and laid her on our bed. Minutes passed and they felt like hours before Masters Obi-wan and Shaak Ti came back. Shaak Ti kneeled next to her and put her hand on her forehead and closed her eyes. "Everyone must leave." Shaak Ti said. "No, please. She's my Daughter. I can't leave her!" Mrs. Bonterri said, pleadingly. Shaak Ti looked at her in sympathy. "Okay, but you must be quiet and the rest of you have to leave. Now." Shaak Ti said. It hurt to leave Ahsoka.

    We all waited outside her door. Sir Tearas came and joined us after he finished up some work. I was pacing. So was Lux. I was blaming myself. I should never have left her alone for so long. I shouldn't have even left her out of my sight! I felt someone put their hand on my shoulder and turned to see Obi-wan. "You couldn't have known that this would happen. Stop blaming yourself." He said. Just then Mrs. Bonterri came out. We all went over to her and her face was tear stained. Lux hugged her. Master Shaak Ti came out. "She's awake and asking for you Anakin." she said. I ran inside.

                                              Ahsoka's POV

    I was very confused. I was in a white room and a little ways away there was a bench with someone sitting on it. I walked over and saw that it was my birth Mother, Shilia. She stood up and we looked at each other and she had tears running down her face. "You've grown into a beautiful Togruta. I couldn't be prouder." Shilia said, then hugged me. I hugged her back. We broke the hug and sat on the stone bench. "Where am I?" I asked her. "In your subconscious. You had a dizzy spell and fainted." she said. "But, I was perfectly fine this morning. What's wrong with me?" I asked her. "You don't know?" she asked. "Know what?" I asked. "You are pregnant dear." my birth mother Shilia smiled at me. I was shocked. "What am I going to do? I'm not ready to be a Mother yet!" I said, starting to panic. Shilia rested her hand on my forehead and sent calming waves through the Force. I instantly relaxed. "I've already seen your future and you are going to be a wonderful Mother." Shilia said. "But, what will Anakin think?" I asked, more to myself than her. "He will love you and the children." Shilia said, then she started to fade. "Wait! Don't leave!" I called out to her. There's still so much that I want to ask her. "Remember that I love you Ahsoka." she said.

    I sat upright quickly and looked around. Master Shaak Ti and my Mother were with me. I saw that my Mothers face was tear stained and she hugged me. "Thank you Jedi Knight Shaak Ti." my Mother said to her. "I'm happy to be of service to my people. Come Mrs. Bonterri, we should let her rest." Master Shaak Ti said, putting a hand on my Mothers shoulder. "Wait! I don't want to rest. Please! I need to see Anakin! It's very important!" I said. Master Shaak Ti nodded and left the room. How am I going to tell Anakin that I'm pregnant? I......don't think I'm going to tell him just yet.....I don't know how he would react to this news. I took a deep breathe then I was wrapped in a hug. Damn......I have to tell him. He's eventually going to figure it out if I don't tell him. He broke the hug and looked at me.

    "How are you feeling? Did you get hurt? Are-" I cut him off. "I'm feeling fine. No, I'm not hurt. Look, Anakin. This is serious what I'm about to tell you." I told him and he nodded, looking serious. I took a breathe. 'Here it goes.' I thought. "Anakin, I'm pregnant." I said, shutting my eyes quickly. I don't think I've ever been so nervous in my life. I opened my eyes when he kissed me. "Ahsoka this is great news! We're going to be parents!" Anakin said, smiling. I smiled back and we hugged. "When do you want to tell the others?" Anakin asked me. "At dinner. How's that sound?" I asked Anakin. "It sounds good to me." Anakin said. I smiled at the thought of later today.

    We were all sitting at the dining table and I glanced at Anakin a few times and he glanced at me. We decided to tell the others at Dinner but, we forgot how nervous this could be. "Ahsoka? Is something wrong?" my Uncle asked me. "No, Uncle everything is fine." I said. Anakin and I looked at each other and he nodded at me, I gulped and got everyone's attention. "There's something that I'd like to say." I stood up and so did Anakin. He walked over to me and held my hand. "We're expecting." I said, smiling. It took a minute before my Mother understood and was out of her seat and hugged us tight.

    "Oh, this is wonderful news!" my Mother said, then everyone else realized what I meant. Lux was the next to hug me. "I'm going to be an Uncle. Oh my Raxus!" Lux said. "Congratulations you two." Master Obi-wan and Shaak Ti said. My Uncle then hugged me. "This is wonderful Ahsoka! And perfect timing! How do you feel about finally telling your people that you are back tomorrow?" my Uncle Tearas asked. I nodded and smiled. "Sure, why not. I guess the people need to know now." I said. "We are going to celebrate! Let's go!" Lux said and grabbed my hand, leading us out of the room. "Where are we going?" I asked him. "You'll see." he said. Oh boy, here we go!

[ So it's up! Ya!! Took a little longer than I thought it would but, hey I got it up! ^-^ So, I'm going to ask you guys for some names that I'll take into consideration. Names for both Genders are appreciated! Who knows maybe it's only one.............or maybe two..........or triplets!! Oh, the possibilities!!!! ^_^ =D ]
