C. 29 | Death

"Fuck." You said, looking at him with big eyes.

"What vulgar words for a lady."

"I'm not a lady."

You walked in an uncomfortable atmosphere with Levi.

'I should say something...'

You had opened your mouth to speak, when Levi said, "now what?"

'Now...'

"Now...what?" You repeated, at loss. "Yeah. Now what?" You wondered.

'I like you, you like me...'

And when Levi didn't reply, you worriedly took a peek at him.

He was walking with an air of superiority- and the people who recognized him, stared at him as he went by.

"We're here." He finally said.

You looked up, the looming walls ahead.

"Ah..."

You sighed, when you saw the groups of people passing by- running with all their might.

"Are you running too, Levi?"

"Tch. No- I don't need to run."

You pouted. "Lucky..." Stripping yourself of your outer jacket, you shrugged it off.

You were about to drop it on the ground, when...

"You don't need to get it dirty." Levi extended his arm.

You smiled, a bit shocked. "Thanks," you said quietly, as you hung your jacket over his arm.

Picking up your water canister, you started stretching.

Levi raised an eyebrow as he watched you, but he kept silent.

"Bye." You waved awkwardly, and ran off.

Thirty minutes into the run, you felt completely exhausted.

Wheezing, and clutching your stomach, you slowed down.

"(Y/N)." Mikasa slowed down, and jogged alongside you. "Getting tired already?"

You sulked when she said the last part. "It's been thirty minutes. That's not 'already', Mikasa."

"One fourth completed." She noted. Your gaze fell to the ground, but not before you caught sight of her abs.

"W-w-what!?" Shocked by the ab size when comparing hers to yours, you felt completely mocked.

"That's not p-possible!" You looked at her abs. "When do you have the time...!"

You mentally groaned.

"Why are you wearing...a scarf?"

You hurriedly looked away. "W-well, I have this huge rash- maybe from potatoes, and I-"

"From potatoes?"
