"Hey, (Y/N)?" Hana spoke up, breaking the silence. "Yeah?" You ask, still reading your book.
You were both currently in your room, just hanging about. She lay, flopped on your bed. "Who do you like?"
You laughed and put down your book. "I like a lot of people. There's Mikasa...Eren...Hanji, even...Erwin, Levi, Ar-"
She interrupted you. "Not that kind of like." She grinned. "Like-like."
At this, you gave her a confused look. "My parents?"
She face palmed. "I can't decide if you're dense, or just innocent." You gave her an offended look.
"I'm not like that!"
She grinned again. "Then who do you like?"
"Hold on. Define like-like."
"Like love?" Her eyebrow rose, as she watched you.
"Love...What does love feel like?" You ask, giving her a confused look. "Can I eat love?"
Hana smacked her head against the wall repeatedly. "I. Can't. Believe. You." She spoke between each smack.
"Ahh, Hana, don't do that!" You said, watching her face you.
"I guess...Love is like when you feel something sweet."
'Sweet?'
"It's a warm feeling, you feel as if you can do anything, you want to tell the whole world...fireworks explode..." She trailed on, placing her hand right on her chest. "And it all happens right here."
You looked up at her admiringly. "Hana, do you love someone?"
Hana took a bit to respond- as if she was thinking, herself. "I think...that it's love."
You leaned forward in interest, watching her eyes dart around nervously.
She let out a little sigh, and buried her face in her hands. "Levi." A muffled answer reached your ears.
'Levi?'
"Oh Hana, that's so cute!" You teased, laughing.
'I'm happy for her...but something feels wrong to me.'
"It is?" She lifts her head from her hands. You nod. "I'm glad it's someone I know." You nodded.
Hana's face turns bright red. "Stop teasing." She said, fanning herself. "I don't know...He just feels so kind."
You were going to burst out laughing, but stopped. 'Hana doesn't look at his outer self. She's looking at the person hiding inside.'
"Hana...I think you're well-suited for him." You said, smiling.
She raised her head, and her cheeks were bright pink.
"Really?" She asked, nervously. "I don't think so, I'm just his friend. Just...a friend."
You picked up your book, and softly hummed. "I don't know." You looked back up at her.
"What?"
"I'm not a love expert." You reminded her, reverting your eyes back to your book. 'Who knew that on such a dark place like this world- there are still people who love?'
"Heck, I don't even know what love is," you said, hesitantly.
"We'll find you a crush, (Y/N)!" Hana said, grinning.
"Ooh- how about that Eren kid?"
"Wait wait. What do I do even if I do love someone?"
"You go out with them." She responded with a snap. You gave her a confused look. "What?"
___
"Now do you understand?" Hana asked.
Your pink face surely gave away the answer. "So that's what you do." You murmured. Hana had given you a full-on dating advice session.
Complete with something like sex-ed, too. Unfortunately.
"Well, yeah. That's usually how it happens," Hana started, "but you can always put your own twist on it."
"My own twist, huh?"
She smiled. "I'm sure you'll find someone. You're just that type of girl. You've got a sweet personality."
You look at her quizzically. "What do you mean- just that type of girl?"
She waved your question off. "Oh, nothing. Nothing at all." She muttered the last part.
